Supply, install, testing and commissioning floor mounted tower type AC of capacity 3TR BEE 5 star rated (latest standards rating as applicable), complete with outdoor and Indoor unit including required length of copper tubing’s with insulation as per OEM recommendation, outdoor unit stand/ support, indoor unit stand, separate condensate drainage line laid/ discharge to nearest trap, interconnection power control cable between indoor to outdoor unit, all necessary fixing accessories, commissioning checks and perform testing and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 415 V 10 KA 'C' curve MCB of TPN 32 Amp current carrying capacity in the distribution box complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F modular white cover plate with frame, 4 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB distribution board, 6 way TPN 415 volt, horizontal double door powder coated steel sheet enclosure for surface mounting fitted with 200 A bus bar and din channel complete all as directed.

S&F TPN, 415 V, 12-way MCCB distribution board, comprising a vertical double-door, powder-coated steel sheet enclosure suitable for surface mounting, complete with 200 A busbar, DIN channel complete all as directed.

S&F 415V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) TPN 40 to 100 A current rating complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and Laying LT cable 95 sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty in trenches/ walls/ poles/ passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/ thimble/ ferrules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Laying LT cable 35 sqmm 3.5 core 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured, heavy duty, in trenches/ walls/ poles/ passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/ thimble/ ferrules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified by Engineer-in charge.

S&F MCCB 125 Amp four pole, 415 volts, 16 kA in the distribution box complete with connection incoming and outgoing cable testing and commissiong all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with four runs single core multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn into PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia including 4 sqmm PVC insulated multi standard copper conductor FRLS cable in green colour for continious earthing copper earth contuinuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified. Note: (i) Four single core cable, earth wire and conduit PVC pipe shall be measured as one length. (ii) Each submain wiring shall run in separate PVC conduit. (iii) PVC casing caping wiring shall be provided where concealed wiring is not feasible (i.e. concrete surface/ beam column/ ceiling etc). The same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. No extra cost shall be paid for the PVC casing caping item.
