REPAIR/ MAINT OF LT PANELS AND CONNECTING ITEMS AT DIFFERENT SUB-STATION AND ADJOINING LOCATIONS UNDER AOR OF GE (EAST ) FEROZEPUR CANTT

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, for lying cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 Mtrs. above the starting point complete all as Specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm depth in soil complete all as Specified and directed

M& L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The punned down thickness shall be measured and paid

Supply and lay bricks of sub class 'B' type for protection of under ground cable in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 400 Sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. ( Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning , GI pipe & protection clamps shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and Fixing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 240 Sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. ( Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning , GI pipe & protection clamps shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and Fixing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 120 Sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. ( Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning , GI pipe & protection clamps shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of LT Panel complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints inclding other necessary fabrication work like replacement of hinges ,locking Knobs, bending and welding work required for hinges etc as per required at site complete all as Specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminium Bus Bar/extended strips of MCCBs, of suitable rating as per required size at site complete all as Specified and directed.

M&L for repair of Outdoor type LT Panel/Feeder pillar by relacement of Front & Rear doors/ shutters,Made out of MS/CRCA Sheet 3.15 mm thickness with necessary fabrication work like replacement of hinges,locking knob Bending,welding and paining with two coats of Enamel paints over a coat of red oxide Matching with existing panel color as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement single run PVC insulated multicore standard shealthed copper conductor cable of 50 Sqmm single core for internal wiring inside the LT Panel as per standered color coding for three phase and neutral including Copper thimbles of suitable size with nut bolts and insulated from common bus bar to outgoing MCCB complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement single run PVC insulated multicore standard shealthed copper conductor cable of 70 Sqmm single core for internal wiring inside the LT Panel as per standered color coding for three phase and neutral including Copper thimbles of suitable size with nut bolts and insulated from common bus bar to outgoing MCCB complete all as specified.

S&F of MCCB of capacity 400 Amps, Adjustable Type 4 pole, 415volt, 50Hz, rupturing capacity 36 KA (minimum) or higher, AC, 50 C/S, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 metre (BGL) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x6 mm (upto 7.5m) by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 50mm bore “medium grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 50 mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for earth strip 32 x6 mm upto 5m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I, connected to test point complete, all as specified and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.
