COMPREHENSIVE DAY TO DAY MAINT FOR MD ACCN AT MIL STN UDAIPUR UNDER AGE (I) UDAIPUR

Checking and attending to leakages in bib taps, mixer, stop cocks, angle valves, flushing cistern, GI pipes etc including removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI tubing, cleaning the pipe or fittings including replacement of defective material/items and all connected plumbing works etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. (Note :- Defective/replaced item will be paid separately).

Checking and attending to welding work in repairs to steel windows, handles,door springs, iron frame of doors, rolling shutter garrages and other iron misc works, repair by welding ( run or spot welding as per site require ment) including replacement of defective items/material alongthwith & including welding machine gloves, welding glass, welding rod any other tools required, as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. (Note :- Defective/replaced item will be paid separately).

Checking and attending to carpenter work in repairs to joinery (wooden/steel/aluminium) of iron/aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door spring, rolling shutters etc requiring carpentery work and carrying out minor repair such as tighting of screws/nails, wire of false ceiling, easening of joinery, door spring etc including replacement of glass panes, wirelcoth to joinery or any defective items/materials, easing of door shutters, window shutters, kitchen cupboard shutters, show case shutter drawers incl fixing of screws for easy closing/opening and tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges, adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts with new screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. (Note :- If Defective/replaced item is there any, will be paid separately).

Checking and attending to cleaning and maintenance of sewage system including blockage/choke in WHB, bottle traps, kitchen sink/Nahani tras/floor traps, water closet, soil/waste pipe running on external walls of bldgs including junction holes of any description and sewage line of any sizes upto first manhole in running/flowing order without blockage of any description in any situation manually and mechanically as required including all equipment viz bamboo,tools, sewage pump, sewage machine etc including replacement of defective items /materials and refixing covers to manhole/ gully trap in position etc. after cleaning and removing the deposited sludge/ solid/ liquid material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking out (desilting) silt, brick bats, debris, liquid waste sludge in solid/ semi-solid state from Manholes upto depth of 1.50 mtr including pumping out sludge where ever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain, removing of silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes and sewage line upto next Manholes of any dia by mechanical means such as jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank as directed including use of safety belt, mask, dry cells torch for lightening inside the manholes and taking similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc outside MD land in covered container and cleaning the manholes and surrounding with clean water, and closing the manhole with cover etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Desilting of septic tank / sewage tank at sewage pump house any size including cleaning and taking out mud/ sludge, scum, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) etc from septic tanks by mechanical means of any depth, in foul conditions and confined places including use of safety belt, mask, dry cells torch for lightening inside the tank and taking similar precautionary measures, getting out and removing the waste/ Sludge water shall be disposed off in closed container at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. Note: Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

M&L for repearing and making good of out side portion of window such as jambs, cill & head portion of windows and chajjas area exc. 0.5 sqm but not exc. 1 sqm at FF of bldg with rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry / brick/concrete/RCC surfaces as in CM (1:4) mixed with including liquid water proofing compound surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description etc. and preparation of surfaces and applying two coats cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Repairs existing aluminium door/ window shutter including frame with completely/partially taking down door shutter and tightening of all screws, including replacing of unservicable hinge, handle, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc from mouths of circulating pipes of water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
