Design and Construction of 20 MLD Capacity STP based on activated sludge process SBR technology including elevated inlet chamber, mechanical screen, fine bar screen, grit chamber, distribution chamber, SBR with tertiary treatment, UV system, gravity sludge thickener, turbo blowers, sludge sump and pump house, polymer dosing tanks, centrifuge platform, centrifuge feed pumping station, supernatant and concentrate collection sump, blower room, odour control system, Electric Sub-station room, LT/HT panel room, Staff Quarter, Admin Building, re-use pumping with sump well, providing and laying 600mm dia DIK-9 Pipeline (6000 mtr), PLC and SCADA control, CCTV (20 No), OMDs, boundary wall, landscaping, horticulture as per CPHEEO norms to meet CPCB/NGT standards/latest guidelines to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as per DNIT and all other works contingent thereto.

Operation and Maintenance- Operation and maintenance cost for STP, all other works created under the contract for 11 years as well as for defect liability period of 6 years which includes basic service charges having expenditure and expenses required to be incurred on labour, repair and/or replacement of materials, equipments, consumable items, water and all other matters and items of what so ever nature, essential and desirable to run the system satisfactory, Administration and Management, Running of Office, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, and all other Consumables as per Scope of Work and terms and conditions of DNIT as required for OandM. The agency should quote the rates inclusive of all consumables.
