Cartage of following material from store center Meerut to JE Store including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 40 Km. :–

A) PCC Pole8.5 mrt long/ST pole 11 mtr long.

B) Line materials such as 11 KV Cross arms 11 KV pin, 11 KV pin insulator, 11 KV Disc, Stay rod, Stay wire Acsr weasel conductor, GI wire, Ms angle iron & Ms channel, TPMO, Fuse set etc.

C) 25 KV to 100 KV T/f including complete related material required for transformer. 10 KV to 100 KV T/f including complete related material required for transformer.

Erection of PCC pole 8.5 mtr long/STP Pole 11 mrt long after digging a pit of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work.

Fabrication and fixing of all 11 KV H.T/L.T. line accessories.

Erection of Double pole on PCC pole 8.5 mtr after digging a pitt of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil for each pole including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work.

Fabrication and fixing of MS angle and MS channel, fixing all 11 KV accessories TPMO, Fuse set 11 KV pin insulators.

Mounting of 25 to 100 KVA T/F with proper jumping of HT side and fixing of cable on LT. side of T/F .

Making a section pole to exist pole after fabrication & fixing of T channel fixing of all 11 KV accessories.

Erection of stay rod complete after digging a pit of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr and grouting the same in block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtr and nuzzling at the both ends and filling the pit with excavated earth soil with proper ramming.

Laying lifting stringing of proper sagging of ACSR weasel conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 11 KV line including binding & jumpering properly.

Laying lifting stringing of proper sagging of ACSR Rabbit conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 11 KV line including binding & jumpering properly.

Laying lifting & sagging of LT line with A.C.S.R. Weaseal/Rabbit Conductor including proper binding & jumpring:- a) 3 phase 4 wire line.

b) 2 phase 3 wire line.

c) 1 phase 2 wire line

Eartingh of each 11 KV line pople & T/F properly after drive of electrodes if size 20mmx250mm and connection the earthing point with GL wire.

Guarding of line with G.I. wire having 2 no horizontal wire& 3 Mtr distance odf laces of ten SWG G.I wire after fabrication of guard cross arms of & fixing the same in supports.

Dissmentling of Damaged & Broken P.C.C./ S.T.Pole/R.S. Joist by digging the pits & removel of complete H.T./L.T. line accessories .

Cutting & chopping tree branches near side of line for making the clearance between line and tree.

Providing and fixing stay clamps .

Providing and fixing Holding clamps .

Providing and fixing LT clamps .

Providing and fixing LT Insulator clamps .

Providing and fixing Bolt and Nuts .
