Taking out Old vintage HT 33 KV UG cable of size 300 sqmm 3 core for rerouting at site from trench/pole complete all as specified and directed. (Location- Near Rangsala-275 RM,Tigris road via salvage Depot to DGNCC gate -500RM)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors of sizes 3 Core, 300 Sqmm,33 KV grade (earth) system, laid in trenches/ ducts /encased in G.I. pipe/CI Pipe/fixed to pole including testing complete all as specified and directed. (Location- Near Rangsala-275 RM,Tigris road via salvage depot to DGNCC gate -500RM)

Material & Labour in replacement of complete jointing and testing, straight through joint, heat shrinkable type, suitable for HT, 33 KV (E) XLPE cables, aluminium stranded conductors cable 3 core, 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of bore earthing 150 mm dia, depth 20 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12 mm dia 15 cm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore well upto the depth of 19 mtr and one mtr above the ground level the pipe electrode should be filled around commercial salt charcoal dust/Breeze and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The bore well should have 06 mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of bore well Welding of GI strip 50 x 6 mm on earth electrod GI pipe 50 mmdia upto the 20 mtr below ground level 15 mtr from the bore well to test point. Necessary water connection by GI steel tubing light grade10 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI strip more than 30 mtr will be measured and paid separetely.

Supplying and laying in replacement reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2 with peak size 450mmx 230mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old HT cable cover (450mmx 230 mm x 50mm) obtained from excavation complete all as specified and direcetd.

Supplying and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

Laying only old HT cable cover (300mmx 180mm x 40mm.) obtained from excavation complete all as specified and direcetd.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming (soil) in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for ON load / ON line Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply and topping up of transformer oil of approved quality as per IS :335(2018) having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in OLTC & for topping up in transformer as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below groundlevel) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32x6mm upto 7.5 Mtr length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole HT structure/ 33 KV yard and etc , outside area of HT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed at site.

Supply in replacement of Current Transformers draw type 11kV, 400/200/1-1, Core1: Class 5P10, 10VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 10 VA .

Suplying and fix in replacement of sub station electrical insulation mat of size specification as per IS 15652 2006 as specified and directed for the following

11 Kv size 2 Mtrx1 Mtrx2.5mm thick.

33Kv size 2 Mtrx1 Mtrx3mm thick.

Supply only rubber hand gloves ISI Marked suitable for working on HT 33/11 KV.

Material and labour for servicing of HT control panel including outdoor CT, PT and relays in control panel of outdoor breaker of capacity 1250 Amps and rating 36 KV complete details mentioned as under:- Details of servicing of HT Panel (breaker) :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (vi) Check for rust and wear. (vii) Checking of spring charge mechanism (viii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (ix) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.

M&L for Servicing & Repairs to Air-break switch (isolator) off load, rotating type, 33 KV, 800 Amps to 1250 Amps capacity, with proper alignment of isolator rotating blades, with fixed contact jaws, arcing horns, applying petrolium jelly to moving mechanism, cleaning and lubricating to isolator gear box assembly, tightening all nuts, bolts and clamps of jumpers etc, repairing to isolator gear box assembly and making in proper serviceable condition for smooth functioning, testing and commissioning on load complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Spare parts will be paid under respective items)

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of 33 KV yard including all steel structures/ frame/gate of bus bay at Grid at an height of 10 mtrs to 15 mtr from GL consisting for 5 nos isolator per bay CT and PT and VCB supporting structure by brushing/cleaning stains, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of spray painting of existing colour (synthetic enamel paint) with spraying machine in the yard including all safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of fencing of 33 KV yard shankar vihar grid by brushing/cleaning stains, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of painting of existing colour (synthetic enamel paint) in the yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of silica gel breather assembly complete with breather unit and silica gel including connecting with proper rubberised gasket and necessary fittings GI fittings for fixing/assembling upto 1000KVA transformer complete by removing the unserviceable silica gel breather assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation in replacement Anti-condensation space-heater withThermostatic control in cable and circuit breaker compartments of HT switchgears complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of heavy duty cooling fan ,3 phase, 50 Hz of size 18" form power transformer 33/11 KV of capacity 8/10 MVA ,servicing of the fan by opening including cleaning, greasing , replacement of defective spares parts such as bearing/ bushing, capacitor, canopy, clamp, blade, etc with new one and painting of fan body with synthetic enamel paint and re-assembling in same position after repairs and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The cost of spare parts deemed to be included in quoted rates . (b) Rewinding of the fan will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule here-in-after.

S & F in replacement of hooter complete with switch etc suitable for warming HT 11 KV VCBs internal chambers

S & F in replacement of Exhaust fan 450 mm sweep heavy duty with heavy duty bearings , balanced blades/louvers single phase supply complete with acessories all As specified and as directed.

Opening of the VCB , 11 KV 400 to 2000 Amps of any make by removing of the Breaker from the existing position after disconnecting all the connections from the system, servicing, Overhauling of the same, checking of the same for proper operation, spring charge, charged control cables are fastened tightly to the terminals, any abnormality, VCB, cleaning the surface of the insulators, fasten the bolts, checking and correcting interrupting units, mechanism, linkages etc, fasten the hardwares of control wiring, check that the split pins, Circlips, dowell pins etc. have not come out and are intact, lubricate the mechanism, moving parts by castrol, all purpose grease or equivalent, check that the vaccum pots/chambers is within limit including opening of the shutters properly, replacing of the trip catch, roller, holding catch, stopper, close push button, closing cum reassembling, control limit switches reconnecting of the breaker for smooth functioning all as directed.

Decarbunizing/cleaning complete HT cable ougoing/Incoming circuit of CTs & PTs, 3 phase, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying backtol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete, as specified and directed, rate quoted is inclusive of bactol red, CTC & cotton waste provided by contractor.

Material and labour for testing and calibration of 11 Kv HT Panel Complete as mentioned under - (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (ii) DC Supply supervision relay. Opening of HT box of power transformer, disconnecting/Isolating HT Cable connections of power transformer of capacity 10 MVA capacities, checking of transformer pressure release valve, oil condition and charging of transformer and making all necessary connections / assembly & control circuits all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing including material and labour for HDPE pipe of 160mm dia suitable for 06 Kg/cm working pressure. Wall thickness of pipe not less than 6.5 mm. Note :-(i) The contractor will be responsible for taking permission from appropriate authority i.e NHAI/IGL, if needed for above said work. (ii) Depth of the trench less shall not less than 2 mtr from ground level otherwise specified due to site requirement and contractor has to maintain the depth of trenchless upto 4 mtrs from ground level if required as per site condition all rates quoted shall be deemed to be included to maintain the trench less depth as directed during excavation to avoid damages to the existing services . (iii) The cost of quoted is deemed to be included for repairs/rectification for damaged done to the existing /communication and water supply system/sewage system during excavation of work.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made of RCC with 8 mm TMT @ 150mmc/c bothways size 0.9 M height x 30 cm wide x 10 cm thick tapered on top visible above ground duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33/11 KV will be given by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.
