Design, Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Silent Type 180 KVA Diesel Generating set alongwith prime power rating of suitable capacity, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor 50 Hz., 3-Phase system suitable for synchronous operation consisting of the followings : Diesel Engine : Diesel Engine 4 Stroke, electric start of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted completed with all the required accessories. Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following : Start-Sop switch with key, Water temperature indication, Lubrication oil pressure indication, Lubrication oil temperature indication, Battery charging indication, RPM indication, Over speed indication, Low Lub.oil trip indication, Engine Hourse indication. Alternator : Synchronous, alternator out put rated at suitable rating, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 3-Phase 50 Hz., AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4772/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation.

Base Frame & Foundation : Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. Fuel Tank : Daily Service Fuel tank of 990 liters capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications and accessories as required as per specifications. The tank is to be separtly fabricated apart from the inbuilt tank of DG set. Exhaust System : Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor with structure for MS support for exhaust piping including rope wrapping insulation and aluminium clading as required. Starting System : 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: Voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 180 amp. Hour capacity lead acid type or as per the OEM standard) as required as per specifications. Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per specifications.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Synchronisation cum Essential LT distribution Panel (TTA) suitable for 415V, 3-Phase, 4-Wire, 50 Hz., AC supply system fabricated in cubical type compartmentalized CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and 3 mm thick for gland plated i/c. cleaning and finishing complete with powder coating in approved shade, having 600 Amp. capacity extensible type 4- pole Aluminium alloy bus-bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports with short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mmx50mmx5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bar of size 50 mmx5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Alu. busbars and control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half i/c. providing following switch gears :-

Bus-Bars : 4-Pole Aluminium bus bars of minimum of 600 Amps. Capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves & i/c. DMC /SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports and their spacing etc. for with standing fault level of 31 MVA for 1-Sec. Synchronization PLC : Complete PLC based auto synchronising system for DG sets supply including all accessories for manual and auto mode individually -1 set Outgoings : 125 Amp., 4 Pole, MCCB having variable current settings (Ics=100%Icu, 25 kA), Microprocessor Release for over current, short circuit current with indications, spreader links and extendable ON/OFF rotary handle - 3 Nos. 63 Amp., 4 Pole, MCCB having variable current settings (Ics=100%Icu, 25 kA), Microprocessor Release for over current, short circuit current with indications, spreader links and extendable ON/OFF rotary handle - 11 Nos. 40 Amp., 4 Pole, MCCB having variable current settings (Ics=100%Icu, 25 kA), Microprocessor Release for over current, short circuit current with indications, spreader links and extendable ON/OFF rotary handle - 9 Nos Three pahse durge protection device (SPD) having nominal discharge 100 kA (8/20 μs) maximum discharge current 15 kA (10/350 μs), peak 150 kA (8/20 μs) lightning impluse value current 40 kA (10/350 μs) with protection level of 1.9 kV - 2 Nos.

Supply of 3.5 x 300 sqmm size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable confirming to IS 7098 (part-1) 1988 amended upto date complete as required.

Supply of 4 x 16 sqmm size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor power cable confirming to IS 7098 (part-1) 1988 amended upto date complete as required.

Fabricating and installing 375 mm width x 50 mm depth x 2.0 mm thickness size of perforated M.S. Cable trays including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required. and duly suspended from the ciling with M.S. suspenders, including painting etc. as required.

Supply and making End Termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 X 300 sq.mm. sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor code of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 x 300 sq.mm. size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Mechanized laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 X 300 sq.mm. size through horizontal direct drilling(HDD) Upto depth of 6.5 mtr complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 300 sq. mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 300 sq. mm size on wall surface as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 300 sq. mm size on cable tray as required

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum/copper power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq. mm size on cable tray/wall surface/steel sturcture as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and fixing of nominal 2.0 mm thick Electric Insulated Synthetic Mat of conforming to IS:15652:2006 and meeting the requirements of IS 5216, IS 8437, IEC-479 Pub-1, alongwith suitable adhesive /chemibound, pu-resin, water proofing compound and sealing material as per in service recommendations of Annexure-'A' 'Clause C' of IS:15652 and Suitable for Class - A upto 3.3 KV AC & 240 V DC without HT Trolley movement.

Supply of First Aid Box with medicines, accessories as approved by St.John Ambulance Brigade/Indian Red Cross conforming to IS:2217-1963

Supply and fixing of Shock treatment chart of standared size at least two language( Hindi & English) with aluminium frame and transparent polycarbonate cover sheet as required.

Providing and fixing Medium voltage danger notice plate 200 mm x 150 mm made of M.S. sheet atleast 2 mm thick and vitreous enamelled white on both sides and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved colour all complete as required.
