Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items will be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to match with the adjoining surafces complete all as specified .

Taking down existing unserviceable submain wiring with PVC conduit and fittings and S&F submain wiring comprising two single core ,4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including PVC concealed conduit and conduit fittings , medium grade not less 25mm dia with 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire including cutting and chasing in wall and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing complete all as specified. ( Note :- (a) Extra length of cables/ wire required for connection to MCB shall not be measured and the rate quoted by contractor for per unit shall be deemed accordingly) (b) One metre of conduit alongwith 2x4 sqmm wire and 1x4 sqmm earth wire shall be measured as one unit length)

Taking down of existing unserviiceable Sheet metal enclosures (DB) complete and removing and S&F epoxy powder coated distribution box, SPN, 4 ways,200 Amp, 240 Volts IP-43 ,metal double door for MCB, grouted flush to walls including making good disturbed surafces of wall to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviiceable Sheet metal enclosures (DB) complete and removing and S&F epoxy powder coated distribution box, SPN, 12 ways, 200 Amp, 240 volts, IP-43 ,metal double door for MCB , grouted flush to walls including making good disturbed surafces of wall to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviiceable Sheet metal enclosures (DB) complete and removing and S&F epoxy powder coated distribution box, TPN, 4 ways, 415 volts, IP-43 ,metal double door for MCB/isolators , grouted flush to walls including making good disturbed surafces of wall to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair SPN Sheet metal enlosures (factory made) with 10KA, 'B' curve Single pole MCB rated 20 Amps capacity with socket plug top 2 pin and earth plug complete all as specified including making connection complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Light emitting diaode (LED) bulb 12 watts, retrofit type, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix driver suitable fpr 36 Watt LED Ceiling light fittings (140-270volt) as per existing fitting all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, GI wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/c and 6mm dia bars in lifting handles amd MS angle frame of angle iron 40x40x5 mm thick, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate number 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.
