Supply and topping of chiller/ compressor unit (12TR AC Plant) with R-407C refrigerant including leak testing and necessary associated repair works, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor controllers with scanners/ under voltage/ over voltage protections for chillers including caliberation/ settings as per the requirement of the system of chiller controller for proper safeties like under voltage, overvoltage, low pressure and high pressure complete including taking down old unserviceable controllers, complete all as specified and as directed

Pressure transducers for suction pressure of compressors including taking down old unserviceable and testing, complete all as specified and as directed

Complete overhauling of Delta cooling tower by chemical cleaning of sump, dismantling and servicing of cooling tower strainer, dismantling of cooling tower motor and fan and sprinkaler assembly, descaling of sprinkler pipes and adjustment of sprinkler speed and refitting of motor and fan assembly after satisfactory operation including descaler and replacement of PVC honeycomb fills, complete all as specified and as directed

Repair & servicing of existing pump starters in the LT control panels of any rating/ type and any capacity, Replacing unserviceable components such as meters, cable lugs, Push buttons and CT coils etc including necessary wiring for DOL and Star- Delta starters using FRLS copper conductor of size not less than 1.5 Sqmm and necessary feruls and casing capping required to secure the wiring complete all as directed testing and commisioning to the entire satisfaction of the complete all as specified and as directed

Leak testing of the AC plant with nitrogen (N2) pressure after evacuating of the existing gas from the system into empty cylinder by separating the entire system, like compressors, evaporator, condensers, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying the leakage including cutting welding brazing etc and replacing of 'O' ring, washers, gaskets etc flushing out the Nitrogen and vaccumising, recharging the taken out refrigerant gas including testing complete all as directed to AC plants of capacity 3x12 TR AC plant complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix Scale guard of suitable size of existing Central AC following plants of 3x12TR capacity water cooled pipe line removing existing scale guard carefully without any damaging of pipe line and fix new scale guard testing complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying electrical rubber matt confirming IEC 61111 ISI marked of grade, 6 mm thick, 1.0 mtr width, blue/black coloured anti skid taxture finish ROHS/PAH complete including fixing on ground using necessary chemical adhesive liquid complete all as specified and as directed
