SH-I: Supply Works Supply of bi-directional inset type HIRL edge light fitting with shallow base, matching body made of die cast aluminum, 2 x 105W 6.6Amps pre-focused halogen lamps with side entry for control wires, connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief plug, with CLEAR/ YELLOW lenses (Combination of lenses shall be as per site requirement) etc. complete as required.

Supply of C.I Isolating Transformer Housing Box, Triple hole type water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm, height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding and a clear hole on three sides surface. Two Nos. of holes of size 65mm dia at 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm OD HDPE/GI pipe and check nuts, as required and another one no. hole of size 45 mm at 175 mm from the bottom of the CI Box suitable to receive one no. 40mm OD HDPE/GI Pipe and check nut as required. The box should have three nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom & 2 Nos. holes of 20 mm dia for incoming and outgoing GI Earth wire & suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, "B" class GI Pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped threaded hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base cover plate and bolts complete as required as per the drawings.

Supply of CI Housing box of height 150mm suitable for installation of the existing fitting, single hole type, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding and having 1No. clear hole of size 45 mm centre at one side surface just above bottom surface suitable to receive one nos. 40mm OD HDPE/GI Pipe and check nuts with elbow, as required and another hole adjacent to the said whole to receive one no. 15mm dia, "B" class GI Pipe and check nut suitable for incoming of GI Earth wire. The box should have One nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped threaded hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate , as per drawing, complete as required.

Supply of following sizes HDPE Pipe suitable to lay in underground as per IS:4984/95 duly ISI marked, a) 63mm outer dia PE80, PN10

Supply of following sizes HDPE Pipe suitable to lay in underground as per IS:4984/95 duly ISI marked, b) 40mm outer dia PE80, PN10

Supply of 1C X 16 sq mm sizes copper conductor, 5 KV grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, unshielded, antitermite and antirodent treated AFL cable generally confirming to IS 1554/ Part-II as ammended uptodate and as specified in particular specification.

Supply of 2C x 2.5 Sq.mm, copper PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,voltage grade 650 volt secondary lead cable of 8 mtre lengths with male & suitable Cu Connecting terminal at ends suitable for HIRL elevated light/Inset type edge light/isolating transformer etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2C x 2.5 Sq.mm, copper PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,voltage grade 650 volt secondary lead cable for HIRL elevated light/Inset type edge light/isolating transformer etc. complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 1X 16 sq mm copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Supply of isolating transformers of following rating of 5 KV grade, 50Hz, series type , encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded with neoprene rubber with primary & secondary connections as specified in particular specifications, complete as required: a)200W, 20/6.6A

Supply of suitable rubber gasket for existing 330mm dia CI box complete as required.

Supply of R/W holder suitable for 200 W bi pin Halogen Lamp complete as required as per existing sample or compitable to existing system.

Supply of 200W, 6.6Amps halogen lamp for elevated HIRL edge lights as required as per existing sample or compitable to existing system.

Supply of 105W, 6.6Amps halogen lamp for inset type HIRL edge lights as required

SH-II: ITC Works Installation of inset type fitting including base with all accessories as per manufacturer's recommendations in the runway including cutting the runway with machine tool and filling the all around gaps with suitable fast setting chemical compound & adhesive etc., and bringing the runway to the original shape and strength including alignment, including laying of secondary lead between transformer housing box and the fitting, making necessary connections with testing and commissioning of fitting as per specifications, terms & conditions etc.complete as required.

Re-installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type HIRL/MIRL fitting on the new CI housing box of approx height 150 mm including dismantling of the same from old transformer housing box, installation of lens, filters, lamps and other accessories, alignment, leveling, including laying of secondary lead between transformer housing box and the fitting, making necessary connections, earth connection etc. as per specifications, terms & conditions etc complete as required.

Installation of Transformer housing box of approx height 450 mm with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing One no. 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check-nuts for drainage of water & Two no. 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check-nuts for incoming of Earth GI Wire including excavation of side shoulder and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes (wherever the transformers are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc complete as required

Installation of CI housing box of approx height 150 mm existing cutting location with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing One no. 2" long projected 32mm dia MS pipe with check-nuts suitable to receive one no. 40 mm. dia HDPE pipe & fixing with elbow(120 degree) & One no. 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check-nuts for incoming of Earth GI Wire including excavation of side shoulder and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes (wherever the fittings are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc.etc complete as required and as per the drawing & specification.

SITC of top cover/plate made with 5 mm thick MS sheet suitable for existing 330mm dia CI box i/c 6 nos M10 ( SS) bolts, painting , etc. complete as required.

Laying of following size HDPE /GI pipe in the soil / ground up to depth of approx 0.5 meter including covering with excavation and refilling the trench, consolidation and making good the surface etc. complete as required. a)Upto 63mm outer dia

Laying of following size HDPE/GI pipe across the road crossing pavement/runway shoulder up to width of approx 200 mm & a depth of approx.200 mm & including cutting of runway/shoulder /pavement & making the trench, consolidation including getting out the excaveted material and making good the surface by refilling with 1:1.5:3 cement concrete mixture etc. complete as required. a) Upto 63 mm outer dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV/ 5 kV grade Airfield cable of size upto 16 sq. mm in the existing HDPE/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe etc complete as required.

Providing and laying 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in HDPE/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/existing trench or along with cable for loop earthing etc complete as required.

Laying of 63mm dia HDPE Pipe in underground for laying of cable across taxi or runway/road at depth of upto 3 mtr through HDD Method etc complete as required.

ITC of plug and receptacle making necessary connections to isolating transformer along with suitable HT insulation tape & PVC insulation Tape etc complete as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable jointing kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 1X16 size Sqmm AFL cable of PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 5.0 KV grade etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with RCC Cover is to be provided alongwith hook for lifting purpose and having watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt etc complete as required

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe below ground level from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling etc complete as required

Painting of HIRL fittings with ISI approved enamel paint (double coat) with yellow paint and serially numbered with black paint of suitable size etc complete as required.

Constructing 23mm thick brick wall masonry chamber in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) R.C.C top slab with 1:2:4 mix ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design: Inside size 800 mm X 800 mm x 800 mm including RCC Cover is to be provided alongwith hook for lifting purpose etc complete as required

Making /cutting the hole in existing Transformer housing box suitable to receive one nos. 40mm OD GI/HDPE Pipe and check nuts etc complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) approx 100 mm depth around/near housing boxes,approach road etc. complete as required
