Labour charges for erection of DP Structure without bed channel with the following works a) Supply and erection of 30 feet RCC poles including excavation of pit, refilling and concreting for a size of 0.6x0. 6x 1.5 mts and coping 0.6x0. 6x 0.5 in 1:3:6 ratio using cement, 20 mm HBG blue metal and sand with all materials b) Erection of DP structure without Bed channel in cluding V cross arm, F clamp and pin insulator (DP Structure material and clamp set will be supplied by the Department) c) Erection of 200/400 A single contact AB Switch and wiring with ACSR conductor (200/400 A single contact AB Switch will be supplied by the Department) d) supply and earthing (2 Nos) of DP Structure and AB Switch with 50 mm dia of B Class GI pipe of 3 mts length and connected with all metal parts with No 8 GI wire. e) Supply and erection of One No. of HT Stay set f) Painting for RCC pole with cement paint and metal parts with Aluminum paint . All works to be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge) ( DP structure materials , DP Structure clamp set ,200/400 A single contact AB Switch will be supplied by the department

Supply and laying of 11KV 3 core XLPE insulated 95 Sq-mm HT UG cable direct in ground including excavation of trench for size of 0.5 m width and 1.2 mts depth with sand cushioning of 0.08m (8 cm) below the cable and 0.17 mts (17cm) above the cable and covering with RCC trough and refilling etc

Labour charges for erection of DP Structure with bed channel for erection of Metering cubicle with the following works a) Supply and erection of 30 feet RCC poles including excavation of pit, refilling and concreting for a size of 0.6x0. 6x 1.5 mts and coping 0.6x0. 6x 0.5 in 1:3:6 ratio using cement, 20 mm HBG blue metal and sand with all materials b) Erection of DP structure with Bed channel in cluding V cross arm, F clamp and pin insulator and formation of BUS with ACSR 7/2.59 conductor (DP Structure material and clamp set will be supplied by the Department) C) Erection of 200/400 A single contact AB Switch ( 200/400 A single contact AB Switch will be supplied by the Department) d) Supply and erection of 9KA lightining arreator and 11KV HG fuse (e) Wiring the structure , HG fuse ,Lightning arrestor with No 2 Copper wire, required alkathene pipe , and required pin insulator f) earthing (2 Nos) of DP Structure and AB Switch with 50 mm dia of B Class GI pipe of 3 mts length and connected with all metal parts with No 8 GI wire and one seperate earth for lightning arrestor with No 8 copper wire. g) Supply and erection of One No. of HT Stay set, h) Painting for RCC pole with cement paint and metal parts with Aluminum paint. All works to be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge)

Construction of Plinth for a size of 1.m x 1.5m for a height of 1.5 mts with country brick or cement block or AAC block and painting with cement paint as directed by the Engineer-in -charge

Supply and laying of 11KV 3 core XLPE insulated 95 Sq-mm cable in open space through 100mm sizeof GI pipe of class B for pole pole raising

Supply and providing Heat shringable straight through joint suitable for 11KV 3 core XLPE insulated 95 Sq-mm cable

Supply and providing Heat shringable out door end termination kit suitable for 11KV 3 core XLPE insulated 95 Sq-mm cable

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 3 ½ core 300 Sq-mm LT UG Cable direct in ground including excavation for a size of o.5 m breath and 0.75 mts depth with sand cushioning protective covering etc as directed by the engineer -in-charge and termination the both end one in distribution Transformer and the another in the MV Panel with suitable lug
