Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders.

Materials like,steel,cement etc., required for the work shell be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority before use on the work

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner .

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

All required documents shall be scanned in original and shall be uploaded and the employer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-2021 to 2024-2025 (a) achieved in at least Two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 2.55 Lakhs
