Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas for all leads & lifts in all types of strata comprising of any type of materials either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method/methods as may be convenient as permitted (excluding blasting) in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged etc. including dressing of sides, planking and strutting, timbering, ramming of bottom, pumping and bailing out water, barricading, danger lighting, guarding and carting away excess excavated earth at the site identified by the contractor and obtaining all statuatory approvals, as directed by engineer for 50m lead and all lifts etc complete.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation/pipeline trenches drains for all leads & lifts in all types of strata comprising of any type of material either in full or part as the case may be adapting any method/methods as may be convenient as permitted (excluding blasting) in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged etc. including dressing of sides, planking and strutting, timbering, ramming of bottom, pumping and bailing out water, barricading, danger lighting, guarding and carting away excess excavated earth at the site indentified by the contractor and obtaining all statuatary approvals, as directed by engineer for 50m lead and all lifts etc complete.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches, plinth sides, foundation, etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed.

Supplying and filling approved earth / hard soil obtained from contractor's identified source inclusive of obtaining all requisites statuatory approvals & observing all the security measures, with all lead and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading the earth/hard soil in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose layers, breaking clods & compacting including watering each layer to bring it upto to optimum moisture content to attain dry field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density (Procter Test). (Refer detailed specifications enclosed. The cost of the tests, determination of settlement of natural ground by approved method and cost towards obtaining statutory approvals for cutting/borrowing the earth shall be borne by the contractor)

Disposal of surplus earth & debris upto all leads including loading, unloading and stacking, The site should be identified by the contractor and obtain all statuatory approval.

Providing & laying rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc.in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & constructing laterite masonary in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in Cement mortar 1:5 (1cement : 5 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing & constructing laterite masonary in neatly dressed stones for 23 cms masonary walls in cm. 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) in foundation upto plinth level.

Providing & constructing laterite masonary in neatly dressed stones for 23 cms masonary walls in c.m 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in super structure from floor I upto floor V level.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in - all works upto plinth level
