Supply, installation and Fabricating of MS sheet metal sound proof enclosure suitable for 320 KVA The enclosure size LxWxH. 5.6mtr x 2 x 2mtr. Enclosure fully made of 16swg thick crc tata sheet. The insulations spread 100mm thick rock wool covered by RP tissue papper and GI perforated sheet. The enclosure fully powder coated. Providing necessary hot air outlet louvers and fresh air inlet louvers arrangements. Providing necessary maintenance doors with suitable lock and beadings. Providing suitable residential silencer 2nos. charges inclusive of forwading, dismantling of exisiting enclosure and assemblying of new enclosure Complete all as specfied & as directed by Engr- in- charge. The insulations spread 100mm thick rock wool covered by RP tissue papper and GI perforated sheet. The enclosure fully powder coated. Providing necessary hot air outlet louvers and fresh air inlet louvers arrangements. Providing necessary maintenance doors with suitable lock and beadings. M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

M&L for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc Complete all as specfied & as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of engine of DG set capacity 125 KVA make Kirloskar, dismentling the engine complete by taking out radiator, pump assembly, casing top cover, head assembly, piston,oil tank,FIP, fuel pump assembly, Injector, exhaust etc for complete repairing/servicing of engine and repair/ replacement of unserviceable./ wornout parts, complete oiling, greasing, and serviceing of all the parts of DG set and the after repairs reassembling the complete engine for proper functioning, engine back to its original position connecting and testing for proper functioning completely . (1) The spares/electrical items as listed in below vide item No. 7.01 to 7.08 will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material & Labour for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws Complete all as specfied & as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material & Labour for round/ tubler pipe, equval angle and clamps of mild steel as required/ directed shape for DG Set protection sheed any location of LT distribution system including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including preparation of earth work, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling of exisiting Complete all as specfied & as directed by Engr- in- charge.
