Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and dry other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacture's published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following:- (ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/ Perma latex SBR/FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex/Asian paint latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahed of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of sika Top Seal-107/Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO. (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA Top Seal-107 /Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (v) Apply glass fabric sheet of SIKA Fab 1/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP whilst the first coat is wet. (v) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA Top Seal -107 /Brush Bond FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (vi) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (vii) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surfaces. (viii) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (minimum 6-8hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (ix) A protection plaster 12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. Admixture: SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO conforming to IS 2645.

Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick 1:4, cement sand mortar admixed with SIKA Plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. Admixture: SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO conforming to IS 2645. (x) All the corners and joints should be pre-treated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of Make SIKA Seal Tape/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (xi) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (xii) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised. (b) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant. (c) All CI traps in sunken slab to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (Min 15cm) all around. (d) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

(e) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450mm to 600mm long ) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (f) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish all as specified. Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm 3 1/2 core laid in trenches/ under roads/ through pipes/ along the wall complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Outdoor units shall comprise of highly efficient scroll compressors, with all Inverter Scroll type compressor(s), heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error etc, centralize controller for individual control complete as per OEM specifications. Note - 1. The Minimum COP at AHRI conditions shall be min 3.8 at 100% load 2. The ODUs shall be capable of operating upto 56 deg C. 3. Leakage test for copper pipe will be done by contractor after installation. 4. Pressure testing & charging of refrigerant R 410a gas of complete AC system will be performed as required at site. 5. ODU shall be installed at suitable loc as directed by dept for X-ray Ward (ground floor).

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built, weather proof, floor mounted double skin DX type, Air handling unit (AHU) of cap 41.6 TR Cabinet Type, with Filters having Air handling cap 16600 CFM , SP 125mm wg (for X- Ray ward at Ground floor) complete with specifications and capacities as under :- (a) Panel Construction and Casing. (b) Frame: Thermal break aluminium profile with thermal barrier with 32 mm thick panels. Frame should be assembled using glass fibre reinforced nylon joints/ corner. (c) Panel: Panel shall be double construction, CFC free PUF insulation panel 32+-2mm thick having density 40 ± 2 Kg/M3. factory injected by injection moulding machine. Outer skin-----0.8 mm thick pre coated GI sheet. Inner skin ----0.8 mm thick plain GI sheet. (d) AHU shall have Water Tight Positive Pressure access/ service door duly interlocked with fan. AHU shall have Thermally insulated totally sealed glass inspection window. Door shall be hinged type, hinged shall be casted powder coated zinc alloy. Flush Lock and Handle shall be of glass fiber reinforced polyamide . Inspection lamp with limit switch . (e) Base Frame : Base frame made of G.S.S. (f) Mixing Box Section : Mixing box shall have fresh air, return air damper. The dampers shall be made of low leakage Aerofoil design in Aluminium Anodised. (g) Filter Section : Filter section with 50 mm thick box type pre- filter (MERV-8), 305 mm thick microvee filter mounted on a common filter frame and 305 mm thick HEPA filter having efficiency 99.9% down to 0.3 micron. Pre filters shall have efficiency 90% down to 10 micron and fine filters having efficiency 95% down to 5 micron. Make : Mechmaark/ Spectrum/ American Airfilters. (h) COIL SECTION : The 3 set of cooling coil having 6 Rows Deep each having suitable coil correspond to each ODU , copper tubes of suitable dia with thickness not less than 0.5 mm as per OEM recommendations, with aluminium fins & Drain pan. The Drain Pan material shall be SS-304 and drain Pan thickness 20 gauge duly insulated with 13mm closed cell Nitrile insulation for drain tray. Note : The Coil should be AHRI Certified .

(j) FAN SECTION : (i) Blower Section with blower DIDW backward curved centrifugal fan with suitable capacity T.E.F.C motor. (ii) Fan shall be dynamically trim (Two stage) balanced to ISO1940 and AMCA 204/3 - G2.5 quality grade after assembly. (iii) Fan Impeller should be made of Cold Rolled sheet steel polyester powder coating, Fan Inlet Cone must be Spurn GSS having GSM 220, zero sprangle . (iv) Impeller should be directly coupled on Motor shaft to avoid any maintenance & to save drive transmission losses. (v) Fan assembly should be mounted on Cushy foot mounted Vibration isolator. Make of Cushy foot mountains : Kruger/ Vibrosolve (vi) Fan performance curve should be of Single RPM curve. It should not be multi RPM curve. Make of Fan : Nicotra/Kruger/Greenheck. (vii) AHU manufacturer should not fabricate Fan motor structure etc at their manufacturing unit and they should supply entire assembly from fan manufacturer (k) Provision for Pan Humidifier : (i) Provision for Pan Humidifier (only space for pipe insertion and necessary accessories/ fitting reqd for making the AHU airtight. Supply and installation of Pan type Humidifier and humidistat of cap 4.5 KW each for X Ray Ward (at Ground Floor) AHU and Med- I Ward (at 2nd Floor) made from stainless steel 304 sheet in welded construction, inlet, drain and steam outlet nozzle, 25 mm thick fibre glass wool (150 Crown) and cladded with 22 Gauge GI Sheet . Controls comprising of low level switch, float valve with SS ball , sight glass , high temp cut out thermostat ,digital humidistat with necessary wiring with copper bus bar connector. Note : One set for AHU of X-Ray ward (Ground Floor) & another set for AHU of Med I ward (Second floor). Make: Honeywell/Siemens/Rapid Cool.

Supply and Installation of AHU Expansion kit for Outdoor unit 20.8 TR cap complete as specified as per OEM recommendation for automatic control of temp & RH in X-Ray Ward (Ground Floor) including reqd no of air sensor with suitable mounting arrangement & necessary safety protection, interlocking with heat pump as per OEM recommendation. Model No. VAEKIT - 320 of Blue Star or equivalent in Voltas / Carrier / Daikin. Note : Cost for control cable for interconnection are deemed to be included in scope of work as per manufacturer instructions.

Supply and Installation of AHU Expansion kit for Outdoor unit 12.8 TR cap complete with expansion valve, remote as specified as per OEM recommendation for automatic control of temp & RH in Med I ward (2nd Floor) including reqd no of air sensor with suitable mounting arrangement & necessary safety protection, interlocking with heat pump as per OEM recommendation. Model No. VAEKIT - 150 of Blue Star or equivalent in Voltas / Carrier / Daikin. Note : Cost for control cable for interconnection are deemed to be included in scope of work as per manufacturer instructions. Notes for Srl item No. 11.01 to 11.07 :- (i) The contractor should get the plant designed, supplied, installed and testing Commissioning only by any one of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) namely Blue Star/Voltas / Carrier / Daikin / Trane with their own makes (or) with their recommended makes for the components which are not manufactured by OEM. Any other makes which are other than OEM (or) other than OEM recommended makes shall not be accepted. Contractor shall submit proper documentary evidence before procurement action for all the items from any of the OEM's given. (ii) The contractor shall intimate any one of OEM out of M/S Blue Star/Voltas / Carrier / Daikin / Trane along with a certificate from the OEM confirming that the entire AC plant work shall be got designed, supplied, installed, tested/ commissioned by the OEM and will obtain approval of the GE before engaging the OEM. (iii) The OEM shall submit heat load calculation sheet for summer, winter and monsoon for X-ray ward and Med-I ward separately alongwith GA drawing of AC plant, SLD for refrigeration circuit showing loc of various valves, pressure switches, safety protection,SLD for power and control cabling, wiring/circuit diagram of control panel, drawing of AHU, air circuits drawing showing loc of AHU, Pan humidifier, AHU expansion kit, duct layout showing loc of fire damper, supply air and return air grill, ODU for approval of CWE before procurement / installation.

(iv) The capacity / tonnage of AC plant as given above is tentative for guidance only. If tonnage of the AC plant based on heat load conditions worked out more than 10%, the variation on plus side, if any shall be deemed to be included in qouted rates. In case capacity worked out is less than 10%, minus price adjustment at market rate as per invoice shall be made from the payment due to the contractor. (v) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of construction of mounting platform / foundation for ODU, AHU as per OEM reccomendation, making cut/ hole in wall, inserting PVC/ suitable material sleeve for copper piping and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with adjoining surfaces as per standard Engineering practice recommended by OEM. (vi) The contractor shall conduct Nitrogen test and vacuum test on refrigerant piping minimum for 02 days before commissioning. Start and stop timing & pressure maintained shall be checked and the readings recorded shall be counter signed by Engineer- in- Charge. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of these tests. (vii) The contractor shall submit 03 sets of the wiring diagram, SLD of copper piping, ducting layout, final layout of grills, outdoor units and technical literature, operation & maintenance schedule, trouble shooting chart of AHU & AC plant on satisfactory testing and commisiioning of AC plant.

Supply Install , testing and commissioning of LT Distribution Panel (CPRI Approved) cubicle type, Indoor type, factory fabricated made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/ epoxy insulator . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extersion links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/ Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shall have 60 CM long 4 legs of size 50 x50 x 6mm angle iron, grouted in PCC 1:3:6 as directed by Engr-in-Charge . A detacheable gland plate of thickness not less than 2 mm thick should be used at the botom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphating treatment, front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have lourvers and airvent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following .
