Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Steel work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing, any size or shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Precast concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 5 to 10 mm dia used as in stirrups, spacer bars & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exc 5 cm long dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work FE-290 (Gde E-165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide zinc primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Pressed precast concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigments over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning including taking down old tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as per specified and directed.

Cement concrete, 75 mm thick, 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete alll as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete louvres jallies 25 mm thick, type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) including all moulding but excluding frame, complete alll as specified and directed. Note : Precast frame shall be measured separately and paid under item No 110 above.
