1.)Construction of Mini community sanitary complex at Perumagoundampatti PUE school H/O Perumagoundampatti

Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, Sectioning the street to lay concrete pavement per SS 20 A.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard pecifications and as directed

Random Rubble Masonry in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and five sand) for foundation and basement including necessary provision of bond stone with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specification

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 8 3/4" x4 1/4" x2 1/4"cm. For the following including curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification b) For super structure in Ground floor

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for RCC column footings, column, pedestals, plinth beam, grade beams, raft slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specification and as directed (S.I.155)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or nibbled for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the desing given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied department sally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Towards Supplying and cost of jolly as per standard Specification

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed Rcc surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours it shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet to give a smooth and even surface .any uneveness shall be made good by appluing 1st coat water on the surface including filling up the and applying 2nd coat pf after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering etc
