CIVIL Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm hard granite chips(Crusher broken) of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash. brick masonry of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down-grade size black hard granite(crusher broken) chips including hoisting&laying.(Data for 15 cum. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cutting straightening coiled bent up HYSD bars bending , binding , welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C work and for providing fan hooks hoisting lowering and tying including cost , conveyance and taxes of HYSD bars and binding wires 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and bending binding and tying the grills(payment will be made tow wards the weight of binding ware) . complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) for brickwork including curing etc. complete including curing etc. complete. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 16mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) over brickwork including curing etc. complete including curing etc. complete. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 6mm thick Cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth per 1 Sqm. including curing etc. complete including curing etc. complete. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Fixing of vetrified tiles in floors of Size 600x600mm of approved make coformaing to I.S:13755 laid on on 25mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:1 ( 1 Cement : 1 sand ) and filling joint with white Cement of approved quality in slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles or stones.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminum anodised T section No 3215 with 2'-0" center to centre, L section No 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" using 12mm thick prelaminated particle Board suspended from ceilling etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of vetrifed wall tiles in dados, skirting riser of stepps 20cmx30cm / 20cmx20cm special plane / printed series of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 on12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of tiles or stones.
