Labour Portion Dismantling pulling out the service and stand by scrapper feeders away from BAH area for replacement of seal trough and its supporting structure during overhauling works including Consumables and T&P's.

Scaffolding up to 5m elevation all four side in BAH for carrying out the works such as dismantling, fabrication & erection of seal trough supporting structure in BAH @5m elevation to mount the seal trough, vertical supporting column and standing platform in BAH etc., including Consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling and assembling of 100 NB ring header pipe lines with proper supports after carryout the fabrication & erection of seal trough and its supporting structure works including Consumables and T&P's. (Retrieved 100NB pipes will be reconditioned & reused)

Arresting the BAH structural in the vertical beam of height '5mtr' this works involves shifting, lifting, leading of fabricated temporary supports to the respective BAH supporting structure and positioning levelling in the ground, aligning with the BAH structure, ensuring resting of BAH in the temporary supports including Consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling the damaged SS seal trough supporting structure and BAH @5mtr elevation, work involves arresting, cutting ,leading and removal of seal trough supporting structure and bottom ash hopper as directed by the engineer in charge, including transportation, crane, winch, T&P's, consumables & devoluting the retrieved BAH structural scrap.

Erection & welding of SS seal trough in BAH @ 5mtr elevation as per the standard chipping and cleaning and inspection for leaks including Consumables and T&P's. (Retrived SS seal trough will be reconditioned & reused)

Leading, lifting and Transportation of Iron and steel materials, from stores to site, including hire charges for mobile crane including consumables and T&P's.

Fabrication and erection of seal trough supporting structure and bottom ash hopper at 5 metre elevation to mount the seal trough over the Bottom Ash Hopper. Including cost of consumables and T&P's. The material will be supplied by TNPGCL.

Fabrication and erection of BAH vertical supporting column & attending platform in BAH @5mtr elevation as per the standard and as directed by the engineer in charge work incoles fabrication of BAH supporting structure & standing platform to required size, leading, lifting of fabricated supporting structure, fixing and welding with BAH Required iron & steel material supplied by Contractor including consumables and T&P.

Providing floor grills in newly erected platform of seal trough by using M.S chequered plate 8mm thick including consumables and T&P. Materials supplied will be TNPGCL

Making the 25 NB hole in the ring header pipe top side and 25 NB pipe with flanges to be fabricated and welded in both sides and then connected with the required length pipe, bend and flanges material supplied by Contractor including consumables and T&P.

Cutting and removal of the corroded bottom ash hopper ash discharge gate mounting frame ( I beams), surface preparation and levelling of bottom portion by grinding, fabrication of new frame of size 1700 x 1400 mm using 12mm M.S.Plate drilling of dia 24 holes 18 nos, lifting the frame marking, positioning, alignment checking with hopper bottom and then welding 10 nos. rib supports fabrication using 12mm M.S.Plate and welding with frame and re-fixing the after fabrication into the bottom of the mounting frame and welding including consumables and T&P's. the material will supplied by TNPGCL.

Cleaning and One coat Red oxide painting two coats of enamel paint over the seal trough supporting structure, BAH vertical column and standing platform including cost of paint, consumables and T&P's.

Applying refractory inside Bottom Ash hopper material supplied by Contractor including consumables and T&P.

Transportation of refractory from central stores including consumables & T&P's.

Erection and dismantling of Scaffolding arrangement including consumables & T&P's.

Transporting pulling back the service and stand by scrapper feeders near by BAH area after completion of seal trough and its supporting structure, BAH vertical column and standing platform during overhauling works including Consumables and T&P's.
