Cleaning, collection and loading of spilled coal at different places of conveyer belts, feeder breaker/crusher, discharge/change over points at different conveyors,driving units, tail end site, discharge drum site etc, of CHP arising out of crushing and dispatch of 25,00,000 MT/year (Approximately) 08 unskillled manpower and 01 supervisor (HPC wages are considered)required per 6944.44MT /day (approximately) For 1year dispatch quantity (MT)=6944.44 MT*360 days = 24,99,998.4 T(say 24,99,998 T). Note:-Criteria for assessment of quantity to be considered for billing to contractual agency on monthly average basis will be as below: Payable amount in Rs. =(Quantity of coal dispatch x rate) - (No. of manpower shortage / absent x 868 x rate) Note: Consider one labor will clean spilled coal arising out of 868 MT of coal dispatched through CHP. 2)No excess payment will be made for excess manpower deployed 3) Contractor had to ensure that proper deployment of manpower is maintained as per dispatch by propercommunication with Engineer In charge on regular basis.
