Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, 1100V grade of size 120 Sqmm 3½ core electric cable with aluminum conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed, laid in trenches or passing through pipe, making all connections with and including provision of necessary glands, lugs, bushing etc as required including taking down old existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:- Note : - Earthwork excavation, protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in their respective items

Supply and laying DOUBLE WALLED CORRUGATED (DWC) pipe 90 mm bore as per IS-14930 part--2/IS-16205 part-24 for cable protection including all fittings as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel water tubing 50 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in trench on pole for protection of cable etc and including taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F feeder pillar made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet, power coated minimum 80 Micron, weather proof, size not lett than 800 (w)x600(H)x500(D) mm out door single dooor, with FRP inculstor 1100V , Aluminium Busbar 200 Amps current density not less than 2.0 shall be mounted on MS angle stand 40x40x5mm height 400mm above ground level and 200mm under PCC structure, earthing bolt to be provided M10 complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication in existing, shap and size with and including 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and all jointing material such as nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/outgoing MCCB/ Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed. (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board. (iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaed part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.

Dismantling of 9 mtr long PCC/RCC poles after breaking the foundation concrete including necessary excavation of earth, filling the hole with broken pieces of concrete and making good the disturbed area by filling excavated earth, obtained from the hole for new pole to be erected nearby area, to match with the surroudings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L steel tubular swaged poles and complete with cast iron / M.S base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting the old existing LT panel board /feeder pillars including scraping and removing the old painted surfaces and painting /matching the same colour paint including two coats of super enameled paint (Gray paint) and without distrubing the existing electric system and removing grass and bushes including its roots growing around the panel complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair digital volt meter 0-500 Volts, 3phase for existing panel complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED Indicating lamp of main supply indicating 'R', 'Y', 'B' (set of three) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Pin type insulator and supply and fixing new Pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nuts 65 mm dia 100mm height for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-stringing and re-connection of ACSR of any size duly binded with insulators, jumpers etc.(fixed on 9/11mtr poles) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The above work includes cleaning pruning of tree branches falling around the conductors (ii) One length shall be measured for complete span of 4/5/6 conductors & GI wire.

Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, from 11 KV HT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc. for replacement of insulator / cross arms etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F ACSR conductor of any size, as required at site, duly binded with insulators, jumpers etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cuttting / trimming of tree branches in close proximity to over head lines to maintain a clearance of 2.5 meters both side from the over head line to nearby trees and removing the cutting branches about 50 m from the site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Number of branches of one tree will be measured as one JOB.
