Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up. including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Earthwork excavation for road work in soil by mechanical means with hydraulic excavator of including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and sidesslopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines,grades, and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location, unloading, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete. With all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work. Providing and applying tack coat with VG 10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for bitumen. with all lead and lift & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS -73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with the hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness), 50 - 75 mm compacted thickness (Grading 2) with 4.50% Bitumen using 60/70 (VG-30) as With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler @2% by weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, all labours, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., complete,excluding cost of primer / tack coat. (30 - 40 mm compacted thickness). With all lead and lifts & as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.-5.50 kg per Sqm, 2.5 mm thick. Supplying and fixing of molded shank Raised pavement markers/cat's Eye made of polycarbonate of the light enetering moulded body and refeltive panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal relection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000kg tested inaccordance to ASTM D 4280TYPE H and complying to specifications of category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11-06-1997. The height width and length should not exceed 50mm,100mm and 102+/-2mm and with minimum refelective area of 13cm2 on each side and slope to the base shall be 35+/- 5 degree. The strength of detachement of internal cylindrcal shanks,( of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+-2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500kg . Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendationand and complete as directed by the engineer. The contactor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the refelcting panel, to the Engineer as per MORT&Hspecification 806. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
