Surface dressing n.exc (not exceeding) 15 cm deep in soft /Loose soil.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base floor, plinth protection,path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate). as in path floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) for laying floor finishes etc.

M & L for precast precoated coloured PCC Chequared tiles machine pressed chemically treated for antifurgal 300 X 300mm size X 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment of approved coloured and design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation for fixing of interlocking paver block any shape and size and similar wk all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment in path/ floors etc completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping , and similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortor including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete & removal as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drain with and including neceaary formwork .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel over 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc .

M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 ,Type D2 75 mm thick ( 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl racking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on wall including preparation of of surface of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified

M&L for pre cast man hole/drain cover in cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded aggregate built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
