Surface Drains in soil construction of unlined surface drain of average cross sectional area 0.40sqm in soil to specified lines,grades,levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309 of MoRTH specification. Excavated material to be used in embankment within a lead of 50 metres(average lead of 25 metres)

Hill Side Drain Clearance removal of earth from choked hill side drain and disposing it on the valley side manually

Land Slide Clearance in soil Clearance of land slides in soil and ordinary rock by a bulldozer D80 A-12,180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of area cleared (By manual means)

Scarifying including picking up scarified material and stacking of old serviceable material within a lead of 100m top bituminous surface of surface dressing or premix carpet

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead ,transporting to site ,spreading ,grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table no. 300-2

Providing,laying and compacting granular base/sub-base according to lines, grades and cross sections by using naturally occurred sand gravel/conforming to IRC-Grd-II of Most specification free from organic or other deleterous constituent spreading with motor grader and compacting by rolling with power roller of 8-10 capacity in layers not exceeding 150mm (spread thickness) i/c rolling of the road surface to proper level and grades 30cm width edging on both side etc completed as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting and stones agrregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix(pug mill),carriage of mixed material by tipper/dumper to site,laying uniform layers in base coureses on a well prepared underbase and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density i/c lightening guarding,barricading and maintenance of diversion etc.. By Mechanical means

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means. On WBM/WMM surface @ 0.7.-1.00 kg/sqm

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 (B) Grading - ll 13mm (Nominal Size)
