Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of poles, stays, struts or for laying cables/pipes etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles/stays/feeder pillar boxes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings of poles/stays including necessary form work, exposed surfaces of concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe of size 40mm (Outer diameter) x 32mm (Inner diameter) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc., laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls for as in protection of LT/ HT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipe of size 50mm (Outer diameter) x 38mm (Inner diameter) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc., laid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on poles/walls for as in protection of LT/ HT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

LABOUR ONLY for repairing and rectification of faults in security lights / street lights / highbay lights by disconnecting the electrical connections and bringing on ground and refixing the same, back in position after carrying out repairs by checking the peanut lamps/ electrical connections/ electronic drivers etc., and testing after making it fully serviceable by checking the condition of electronic driver and replacing only if required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (i) One Electrician and one helper shall be deputed daily to JE E/Ms office during office hours to ascertain the repairs to be carried out for lights under his AOR. (ii) Electronic drivers, if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant items of this BOQ as SUPPLY ONLY (iii) Necessary arrangements for carrying out repairs shall be under taken by the contractor.

LABOUR ONLY for repairing and rectification of faults in High mast light fixed at a height of 16m to 32m by disconnecting the electrical connections and bringing on ground by operating existing motor and refixing the same, back in position after carrying out repairs by checking the peanut lamps/ electrical connections/ electronic drivers etc., and testing after making it fully serviceable by checking the condition of electronic driver and replacing only if required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (i) Electronic drivers, if required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant items of this BOQ as SUPPLY ONLY (ii) Necessary arrangements for carrying out repairs shall be under taken by the contractor.
