SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (ELEVATOR AND ALLIED WORKS )

Item No 02 Contd : Technical Specifications :- Hoistway dimensions1900x1900 mm wide and deep, Car travel 8000mm, overhead 4200 mm, Pit Depth1530 mm, Car Dimensions 1000 mm wide x 1100 mm deep x 2200 mm high, Door opening 800 mm wide x 2000 mm high, 02 Panel Automatic centre opening with ACVF drive, 18 SWG stainless steel (vandal finish) car door, 02 Panel Automatic centre opening Stainless Steel Landing Door, Stanless Steel Silver Sky finish with round LED for car lighting, round handrail in stainless steel finish provided on rear wall of car, car operating panel should be full height flush mounted, landing operating panel shall be Individual for each elevator. (a) LED light Ultra slim decorative aluminium casted, recess mounted square fixture in white finish with opal diffuser and separate elictronic driver, suitable for low depth ceiling - 12 W BLAZE SQUARE with complete accessories including necessary wiring. Make: Havels cat part No LHEMFP61Z2W012 or equivlant model in CG/Phillips. (b) Single phase centrifugal type cross flow blower 270 cum/hour (c) Electrically operated with electric motor AC 415 Volts,3 Phase 50Hz of suitable capacity for carrying 06 passengers (408 kg) as per IS and operating gearless box with independent main sheave rim. (d) Electric cabling and wiring in FRLS copper cable including all necessary PVC conduits ISI marked of suitable size.

Item No 02 Contd : (k) Provn of governor and governor rope of suitable size ,buffer springs as per manufacturer's design,car cabin having powered doors and inspection box at top of the car cabin. (l) Provn of safety guarding equipments such as 02 Nos Pit switches controller guarding pit pulley,guarding pit ladders,facia plate to cover free space between car cabin and hoist way & switches. (m) Provn of door sensor of 3D infra red curtain full beam. (n) Provn of fire man switch complete at ground floor fitted in box including SS face plate. (o) Provn of "Press and Speak" system to be connected with lift complaint cell compatible with exchange. (p) Do's and Dont's on stainless steel to be intalled inside the car cabin. (q) Note :- The entire work as mentioned in srl item no 2.00, shall be got executed through OEM and the bidder will have to submit MOU regarding execution of work through OEM such as M/s Thyssenkrupp, M/s KONE India, M/s Otis Elevator Company India Ltd within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled under condition of IAFW-2249 and the contractor shall forfeit the performance security in full.

Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for “Internal Electrification Works” as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part -II (Section-'A') Above / Below the lump sum price inserted by the MES against this Schedule under Col 5.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (SECTION-'B') (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS)

Supply and laying cable PVC Insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor ,1100 volts, 4 Sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying cable PVC Insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor ,1100 volts, 2.5 Sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified & directed.

S & F LED Bulk head fitting, hexagonal 10 Watt LED, IP-66, comprising of high brightness LEDs & opal diffuser including connecting to electric point by using PVC insulated twin core copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as model No LBH-10-CDL of Crompton with 14 watt rod or equivalent model of approved make from list of make attached in tender documents.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 25x4 mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to LT Panel Board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection for suitable length and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 09 Contd : Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included of earth strip 25x4mm and pit protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5 mtr distance. Earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering pipe.

Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for “Building/ Structural works” as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part -III Above / Below the lump sum price inserted by the MES against this Schedule under Col 5.

Phase-II Work

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE WORKS)

Comprehensive maintenance of electric passenger lift-01 No of capacity of 06 passenger (408 kgs) lift at speed of 1m/s equipped with microprocessor based AC VVVF controller, AC motor. Governor, ropes, driving sheave, travelling cables, wiring & electric fitting, ARD, hooters as per maintenance schedule and manufacturer's maintenance manual complete all as specified and directed after two years of defect liability period (DLP). The comprehensive maintenance during DLP shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Note : (i) The above maintenance shall be done by OEM. (ii) OEM shall provide one mechanic for emergency breakdown. (iii) Comprehensive maintenance shall be effective after completion of two year defects liability period from date of physical completion of Phase-I work. (iii) Comprehensive maintenance shall also include the replacement or repair of all the components including Car Enclosure, Landing doors, Rope, Sheave, Machine (Gear box), panel and ARD etc all free of cost through the entire period of comprehensive maintenance work. (iv) The contractor in consultation with OEM shall change/ discontinue the maintenance staff after every 11 months to avoid claim of permanent job in Govt department.

Note for Srl Item No 15 to 17 : The entire work as mentioned in srl item no 15 to 17, shall be got executed through OEM and the bidder will have to submit MOU regarding execution of work through OEM such as M/s Thyssenkrupp, M/s KONE India, M/s Otis Elevator Company India Ltd within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled under condition of IAFW-2249 and the contractor shall forfeit the performance security in full.
