Rectifying the defects in LED/ fluroscent tube light fittings/wall security light fitting/flood light fittings/CFL fittings/Building security lights any type/capacity/any shape/position and at any height by tightening loose connections and rectifying defects and made serviceable including testing complete all as directed.

Opening switch mounting plate at normal height upto 1.5 mtr, rectifying the defects in fittings and fixtures such as switches, bell push, fan regulator, sockets etc by tightening loose connections, refixing switch plate and testing complete all as directed. Note for Item 1.00 & 2.00 : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fitting and fixtures functional. If replacement of parts/items is required to make the fittings functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be measured and paid for under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and in such cases the above items will not be measured and paid for.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring of light/fan/socket/power point and including existing/old conduits / PVC casing caping and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ ceilings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L point wiring with Two single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS, multistranded copper conductor cable/wire of size 1.5 sqmm,1100 Volts grade along with one single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multistranded copper conductor cable/wire of size 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade as continuous earth wire, green in colour confirming to IS-694/1990 connected from fittings to common earth dolly in & including S&F PVC casing & caping/in concealed conduit of suitable size as directed with its accessories and also including S&F wooden switch boards fixed on wall and 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover for mounting of switches ,sockets, regulators etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note : The quoted rates are included for cutting and chasing in walls, including making good to disturbed surfaces of concealed wiring. One light point controlled by one, one way switch in casing/caping. Make of wire shall be approved by GE and Contractor has to deposit 10 meter wire for testing of the same from the NABL Lab or any other approved lab by the Deptt.
