Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep incl removing n exc 50m and stacking as all specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with crushed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or grading 3( 50 to 20 mm size) spread rolled andconsolidated to required gredient and camber with tendom vibratory roller including forming clay puddle bund (retaning fillets) on both edges of sepred aggregates complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces brushing with wire burshes for removing caked, mud etc, Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/tack coat of of paving bitumen primer VG-10 grade @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam ( consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) binder contant of paving bitumin(VG-30) by 4% weight of total mix , matrial transported in tipped (covered) vihical and rolled and compacted to required gradient with tendom vibratory rooler complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing BM surfaces / black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical Air compresser to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen primer VG-10 grade @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, spread with mechanical paver,and material transport tipped (covered) vihical and rolled and compacted to required gradient with tendom vibratory rooler complete all as specified and directed. .

Material & Labour for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well ramed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed incl supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping depth of pot holes exc 30mm by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and applying 2.5mm thick white/yellow hot thermo plastic road marking paint,Confirming to BS specification as per IS-164 Grade-I material homogenously composed of aggregate pigments resins and glass reflectors rising beads in require percentage as specified and heating to point with in temperature limit as per instruction of manufacturing spread and laid by automatic mechanical engine driven machine, painting as in strips (continuous of reeking as directed) including preparation of existing surfaces complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for cat eye reflective type of matel body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20 mm with PAMA striplense reflector of Model No DA 972.0 of dark eye fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply & Fixing for metal tubular delinators made out of ABS round bdy fitted with 2nos 65 mm dia high reflective reflector made out of PMMA nd mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm hight duty power coated and thermo plastic elastometer 3 band of green and yellow reflector radious type of 25 mm wide strip with anty theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1;2;4(150X150X300mm) type B1 including necessary excavatation complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing for convex mirror (size 800mm Dia) made of PC material with suitable MS pipe post duly powered coated complete all as specified and as directed including embedding in PCC 1;2;4(450X450X500mm) type B1 including necessary excavatation complete all as specified. necessary

Supply & Fixing for Road solor stud 125x125x25mm, made from aluminium alloy & PC construction, solar powered by monocrystel solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery Model No 110 Dhruv Dark Eye, of any colour yellow, red, blue , green or white , water proof and harder and fixed the stud with adhesive complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair for MS tubular Delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 nos 100mm dia high reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated cat part No DA 952 GP Dark eye, with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x30mm) type B1 complete all as specified and dircted.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above gound level , concrete debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC.
