Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with 3 or more coats of melamine polish alongwith hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length . Second class Indian teak wood including two coats bitumen paint to unexposed surfaces.etc complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge ( Only finished measurements of the frame will be considered for payment. Wastages will not be paid.)

Removing existing two leaf door shutter and fixing at new location as per drawing including providing and fixing new Accessaries in both the shutter such as 6 " brass hinges, handle 600 mm long SS D type in both the shutter from both side, tower bolts, concealed type door closer, dead lock etc complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position/flush door of shutters block board solid core internally lipped bonded with water proof type synthetic resin hot pressed with marine ply finished on both faces including prov. And fixing teak wood lipping on all sides with making necessary vision pannel of required size by using 4mm thick plain or frosted glass with T-W lipping patti all around ,fixing heavy duty approved make 4 levers mortice lock of deco with pair of handle of approvd make and quality brass/S.S. fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, of approved make fixing fixtures locking arrangements with screws etc complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing 1.0mm thick approved make laminate of required colour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Wall panneling : Providing & fixing in position solid panneling made out of aluminium framework of size 65mm x 38 mm tubular frame ,18 gauge having grid spacing at 600mm x600mm center to center both ways & covered with 12 mm thick Marine BWP (boiling water proof) plywood on both sides of framework & finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved color and texture. The framework shall be properly screwed to the walls, ceiling and floor and plywood shall be screwed to the framework. The space between the framework grid shall be filled with polyester wool (Synthetic wool) having thickness 1000 GSM with density equivalent to 50Kg/cum for sound insulation. Provision shall be made for necessary cutouts for services such as wire management etc. as per design including all necessary hardware & accessories, grooves, adhesives, cutting & making good the original surfaces on completion. Provision shall be made for wire management to take care of basic wiring requirement for providing power data- voice switches on a modular switch plate. All material will be of approved make. All works complete as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer.

Veneer panneling of approved veneer of 3 mm thick , panneling should be matching to existing pannel pattern including necessary filler etc including all necessary work to make finsh surface etc complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing gypsum curved ceiling with necessary GI sections on 600mm X 600mm approx grid including all necessary hardware fittings, fixtures, clips etc. fitted to allow for cutting, opening for lighting fixtures, A/C grills ect. complete in all respect & as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing & Fixing gypsum ceiling/ vertical Drop including frame work with necessary G.I. sections. fitted to allow for cutting, wastage and making openings for lighting fixtures, A/C grills ect. filling joints with putty to make them flush and smooth finish, complete in all respect as per the instruction of Engineer incharge

Providing & fixing in position conferance table of size 6000 mm X 1500 mm made out of fire retardant 25 mm thick Marine BWP (boiling water proof) block board for table top supporting on decorative 600 mm X 600 mm column of 4 nos with 75mm X 50mm teak wood frame work below the top with apron as shown in drawing, finished with approved make and colour veneer finish for all exposed surface with approved colour malamine polish including all moulding and beeding patties as per drawing, making cutouts for electrical switches, Mike at every seating , providing close type powder coated metal cable manager etc.complete. All as per specified and directed by Engineer- In - Charge.

Providing & fixing t.w. moulded cornice as shown in the drg. cornice to be made of wood section (8" X 8") including melamine polish Complete in all respect. No extra payment for wastage shall be made and the work including all labour, material, manpower complete

Providing and making console table made out of 19mm thick approved commercial ply with 1.00 mm thick approved colour and pattern laminate finish from outer face and 0.80 mm thick white colour from inside surface as per drawing including all fittings etc complete
