REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL, HARD STANDING, PATH, DRAIN, CULVERT, SECURITY FENCING AND MISC WORK OF JCOs AND ORs MD ACCN, A2 AND D AREA UNDER AGE B/R - I OF GE (WEST) MATHURA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work etc, any section and any length including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismalting chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling AC / fibre sheet any description as in roofs etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
