Dismantling/Demolition and Disposal of Existing Buildings without Land including Clearing the site upto Ground Level at Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi on "As Is Where Is Basis" by carrying out the following operations as per details given in scope of work. 1. Dismantling/Demolition of the existing structures standing at the triangular plot of Dr. RML Hospital including hospital buildings/office buildings /temporary sheds/boundary walls /gates above Ground level except OPD block. 2. Disposal of debris/unserviceable material/malba by mechanical transport to approved MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) dumping ground or C&D (Construction and Demolition) waste recycle plant for all lead. 3. Taking away all serviceable/useful materials including cleaning and levelling the site complete, as per satisfaction of E-IN-C of HITES. Note: 1. The quoted bid amount shall be the net amount to be deposited by the contractor in favour of HITES, in the form of Demand Draft payable at Noida, in lieu of taking away the serviceable/useful material after due consideration of the expenditure to be incurred by the contractor, for execution of all activities under S. No. 1 and 2 mentioned above. 2. All other charges including necessary permissions, MCD Dumping ground /Recycling charges, Traffic NOC, or any other statutory charges for Dismantling, Demolition and Disposal etc shall be borne by the Contractor.
