M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab as in skirting /riser over cement screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removeing serviceable tiles to store and rubbishoff the premishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner:- (a) The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltr/sqm.
