Replacement of old and damaged 25 NB MS C class black pipeline 95mtr approx with bend, Tee flange & ball valve/wheel value from fresh oil tank to the multi delivery point of T/F filling.

Replacement of old and damaged 02 no. of digital flow meter totalizer with sensor, complete fitting.

Flexible high pressure rubber hose pipe 12 ft with valve and nozzles at multi delivery oil point.

Replacement of old and damaged control box to automatic control box push to on and automatically oil delivery off and automatic high pressure cut off at multi points in workshop of on/off the pumping station and alarming buzzer for running position of pump at multi point at workshop with electric cable & pipes sleeve for protection of electric cable.

Fabricate of Mild steel Master control panel size: 350mm(L)x300mm(W)x750mm(H) with main MCB, Rotary switch,03 nos. Pilot lamp R/Y/B, Hooter & Pressure switch etc. with proper earthing as per Indian electricity rules for oil delivery system.

At oil transformer pumping station, a geared pump, flame proof motar 01 HP 1440 RPM, 3 phase online oil filter 80 mesh with valve, NRV & pressure gauge used for fresh transformer oil supply in multi delivery points for transformer filling.

Fitting charges of all valve, NRV & fitting with hydraulic & DP testing of all pipe.

Digging trench (size: 20 cm wide & 15 cm depth 120mtr long) for underground pipe line & electric cable through the plant cover with plaster.

Fabrication & erection charges of all pipe line with consumable item (welding electrode, grinding wheels & LPG & oxygen gas)

Corrosion Painting for preventing for underground pipe line.

Work of installation of new cemented teen shed with iron angle & pillar and J or U bolt and different size washer and other accessories (25L x20W feet) for protection of Oil reclamation machine.

Repairing of old scrap room teen shed (approx. 70x30 feet) and divided two parts, 01 part like used copper Scrap room & other second part used Alu. Scrap room.

Filling Soil (approx. L70 xW30 xH2 feet) and making RCC floor with good quality of cement ,morong and 2mm gitti (2400 sq feet) in scrap room.
