Supply, Loading , unloading and carriage from SAIL store to Wagila bridge (dumping site ) and fabrication, erecting, assembling, launching, hoisting and placing in position structural steel work welded, bolted and riveted built up section in trusses, framed work, beams, joists channels, tees, flats with connecting plates or angles, cleats with stiffeners including cutting, gas welding drilling of holes of diameter 1.5mm larger than bolt dia, and fixing in position ,staging, scaffolding, POL, MOL, Greese, including all taxes, VAT , OCTROI including a coat of Zinc chromate primer as per approved design and drawings including making arrangements for Mechanical/ manual launching and fixing of trussed girders and removing /de-launching of the same temporary arrangement after complete launching of girders including loading, unloading and carriage from SAIL store to fabrication site (Wagila Bridge site) but excluding cost of nuts and bolts

Labour Charges for available structural steel including fabrication, erecting, assembling, launching, hoisting and placing in position structural steel work, welded bolted nad riveted built up section in trusses, framed work, beams, joists channels, tees, flats with connecting plates or angles, cleats with stiffeners including cutting, gas welding drilling of holes of diameter 1.5mm larger than bolt dia, and fixing in position ,staging, scaffolding, POL, MOL, Greez, including all taxes, VAT , OCTROI including a coat of Zinc chromate primer as per approved design and drawings including making arrangements for Mechanical/ manual launching and fixing of trussed girders and removing /de-launching of the same temporary arrangement after complete launching of girders inclusive of labours charges for cleaning of girders to remove machine, generator, cost of POL, wire brushes, shifting and turning of girders to required position for buffings , washing etc ( using chain blocks) including all local carriage, loading, unloading etc complete job ( Available qty already procured) but excluding cost of nuts and bolts

P/F of M24 bolts with nuts grade 8.8 HSFG as per IS-800 ,IS-1367 Part -3-2000 including all taxes complete job weight of bolt =1.483kg/bolt, 0.42kg/nut weight of 1 bolt &2nuts=1.903kg for 2500 such bolts, wt=2500*1.903 = 4757.5 say 4760 Kg

P/F of bearings as per design BS5400 standards, IRC (PartII) RDSO with friction as low as .03 complete job from MAGEBA or other reputed companies to be decided by allotting authority only after third party testing, dully verified by CIL or DGS at the manufacturing unit complete job including all taxes.The load carrying capacity of the bearings should match the bearing drawings issued by consultant for the bridge.
