To operate, repair & maintain all civil work s and electro- mechanical equipments relating to sewerage system to Una town which consists sewerage plants of capacity 2.53 MLD for Zone A & B 0.65 MLD for Zone-D & septic tank for Zone-C, total sewer net work 31.03 KM and Sewage Laboratory for the period of 5 years in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Firm should do comply the stringent effluent standards laid down by HP Pollution Control Board.

Scope of Work :-

Operation Repair and maintenance of civil works shall cover following

Sewerage treatment plants of capacity 2.53 MLD for Zone A & B at Rampur.

Sewerage treatment plant of 0.65 MLD cap for Zone-D at Chanderlok colony .

Septic tank for Zone-C for 1140 Users

Total sewer net work of Sewerage Scheme = 31.03 KM

Operation Repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment works of Treatment plant of 2.53 MLD shall cover following :

Sewerage treatment plant of capacity 2.53 MLD for Zone A & B at Rampur

In wet well-Submersible pump sets = 5 Nos. x 10 HP =50 HP

For Aeration Tank:-Centrifugal pump sets =2 Nos. x 30 HP =60 HP

In Pump house filter press-Centrifugal pump sets. = 2 Nos. x 15 HP =30 HP

In Pump house for Recycling -Centrifugal pump sets. = 2 Nos. x 7.50 HP =15 HP

For Sludge thickener-Centrifugal pump set. = 1 No. x 1.50 HP =1.50 HP & 2Nos. x 10 HP =20 HP

Filtration pump set. = 1 No. x 1.50 HP =1.5 HP

Secondary clarifilter pump set = 1 Nos. x 2.00 HP = 2.00 HP

Submersible pump set for Hand Pump. = 1 Nos. x 2.00 HP = 2.00 HP

Operation Repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment works of Treatment plant of 0.65 MLD shall cover following :

For Aeration Tank:-Centrifugal pump sets 1 No. x 15 HP = =15 HP

In Pump house for Lifting:-Centrifugal pump sets. = 1 Nos. x 5 HP =5.00 HP

In Pump house for Recycling-Centrifugal pump sets. = 2 Nos. x 2.00 = 4.00 HP

Submersible pump set for Hand Pump. 1 Nos. x 2.00 HP = 2.00 HP

Operation of Sewage Laboratory for sewage test should do comply the stringent effluent standards laid down by HP Pollution Control Board and terms and conditions shall be covered

Operation, Repair and maintenance of total sewer net work =31.03 KM and also made the newly connection with main sewage network.

Operation Complaint room with telephone, Internet etc.

Providing Chemical and other regents to be used for testing in Sewage Laboratory.

Providing Bleaching powder to be used for chlorination.

Clearance of sludge from septic tank for Zone C and disposal to dump at nearest site at least twice in a year.

Maintenance Squade for Sewer net work of Zone A,B,C & D =31.03 Km , Labour for Maintenance of Treatment plant for Zone-A&B (2.53 MLD), Treatment plant for Zone-D (0.65 MLD), Labour for Sewage Laboratory and for newly connection with 5% increase yearly. The Maintenance Squad for 1st year as under:-

Sweeper/Sewerman / Grass cutter = 8 Nos.

Supervisor cum Complaint attendant = 1 No.

Pump Operator = 6 Nos.

Beldar = 2 Nos.

Assistant Chemist = 1 No.

Helper =1 No.

Plumber = 1 No.
