Comprehensive maintenance of Central Gas supply System complete and its allied equipments including minor repair of manifold panel for Oxygen- 300 Points, Nitrus Oxide-14 and vaccum system- 300 Points,Air-51 points, CO2 -07 points, pipe line, Two nos Air Compressor pump/motor ,two nos. vaccum pump and cylinder and empty indication system for a period of 11 calender months. [Note : Unit rates shall deemed to be inclusive of taking down unserviceable defective parts/accessories and replacement with new one, including fixing of spare parts as and when required including welding/soldering etc for smooth and efficient functioning of the system ,changing of lubricating oil (Castor-30) of two nos vaccum pump once in a year ,complete all as specified and directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. (New spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item here-in-after) and if any spare required except undermentioned here-in-below is included with the quoted rates.]

Supply, Installation, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning in repair of following Medical grade Copper Pipe line with suitable fiittings. .Copper pipe shalll be solid drawn,seamless,deoxidized,non arsenical,half hard,tempered and degreased material conforming to BS:EN:13348:2001+A1:2005. Fittings would be made of copper and suitable for a steam of working pressure of 17 bar and conforming to BS:864 with specially made for brazed socket type connection.Complete all as specified and as directed. (Certified 18-04-57). Make- Metal Alloys/Max flow or equivalent make as specified by GE .

Dismantling and opening the motor from Air Compressor system in existing position for carrying out rewinding work with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing and heat varnishing complete with all other material required for rewinding, re-assembling and refixing the same in original position. Capacity of motor is 15 HP 3 PH. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and opening the motor from Air Compressor system in existing position for carrying out rewinding work with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing and heat varnishing complete with all other material required for rewinding, re-assembling and refixing the same in original position. Capacity of motor is 10 HP 3 PH. Complete all as specified and as directed.
