Work of comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of 40 MLD used water treatment plant, TSPS and ISPS at Rajacanal phase-II for a period of five years (2nd Call)

As a prime contractor, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,2020-21 to 2024-25 i)As a Prime Contractor, the tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work such as Operation and Maintenance of Used Water Treatment Plant (UWTP) of value not less than Rs.1289.13 lakhin the last five financial years.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have the below mentioned eligibility criteria in the last five financial years i.e.,2020-21 to 2024-25 The tenderer should have executed in any one year Operational and maintenance of 32 MLD and above capacity Used Water Treatment Plant (UWTP) based on Activated Sludge Process(ASP or A2O) Technology in the last five financial years meeting following effluent parameters as per Honble National Green Tribunal norms for minimum one year. pH-instantaneous range - 6.5-9, BOD5 at 20 degree C -10 mg/L, COD-50mg/L, TSS - 10mg/L, N Total-10mg/l, Total Phosphorous-1mg/L, Fecal Coliform-230mg/l.

As a Prime Contractor, should have O&M Experience of 1 No of 32 MLD STP or 2 No of 20 MLD STP based on Activated Sludge Process (ASP/A2O) Technology Tertiary Treatment Unit/ Additional Treatment Unit i,e., Disc Filtration / Ultra Filtration/ Membrane Bio Reactor of minimum one year.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have the below mentioned eligibility criteria in the last five financial years i.e.,2020-21 to 2024-25,Should have achieved in atleast two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering works only) of Rs.1031.30Lakh.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less thanRs.171.88lakh (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized / Schedule banks in India for meeting the fund requirement etc.)

Assessed Available Tender Capacity: (A xN x1.5 - B) greater than or equal to Rs. 2578.26 Lakhs where A equal to Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level at 10percent per year) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N equal to Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B equal to Value at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 60 months.
