B/R PORTION

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/stone wall, ceilings, sunken floors etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water completely complete as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm +5mm) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on second layer finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plaster on ceiling in CM (1:3) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and Distempering two coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as permanufacturer's specification on new work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed
