2.10.1.1 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes,cables etc , not exceeding 80mm dia.

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

4.3.1 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns.

10.20 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

15.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

31.276.1A Supplying of electricallly operated horizontal split casing pump and motor (JYOTHI/ KIRLOSKAR/ BEACON) make AC 3 phase,415 volts,50 HZ,1500 RPM, squirrel cage motor.The pump shall have bronze impeller,high grade steel shaft, flexible coupling set ,including the cost of common, M.S. Base plate, foundation bolts, etc.complete with suitable suction and delivery sizes.(15HP centrifugal motor and pumpset).

31.277.1B Supplying and fixing of 25 X 25 mm size vaccum pump (KIRLOSKAR/MAXWELL/DEKKA make 3 phase monoblock motor and pumpset complete.-2.2 KW/ 3 HP.

31.278.1A Erection, testing and commissioning of the centrifugal motor pumpset with pipe fittings, etc. complete.- 15 HP to 25 HP motor.

31.136.1A Providing, laying and jointing G.I pipes of medium class (blue) (TATA, TNT, Nezone, Apollo, Zenith) conforming to IS specification 1239 part I and ISI marked including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenche, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment, including GI specials such as bends,tees, elbow, coupling, reducer etc.,complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. -15mm dia.

31.300.1B Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft seated ) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves ) (Make VAG,AVK, Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720, replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN10/16 - dia 200mm.

31.161.1C Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes (Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment, including cost of solvent cement, UPVC specials such as bends, tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc., complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 63 mm dia.

31.259.1B Supplying of 3.5/4x50 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/ suncab/ Empire) complete.-suitable for (30HP to 40HP pumpset)/ (upto 40KVA Genset).

Basic Code No. 7669 Providing and fixing of Rubber gaskets conforming to I.S.5382 of S.B.R quality 200 mm dia etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

7.1.2 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as required - above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm.

1101 Supply and fixing of 1.5sq.mm ISI maked,FRLS PVC insulated,single core copper conductor cable (multistrand) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

1105 Supply and fixing of 10 sq.mm ISI maked, FRLS PVC insulated,single core copper conductor cable (multistrand) etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Basic Code No. 1544 Supply and fixing of 100 A , TPN , oneway , tap off box with TPN disconnector FSU and ISI marked HRC fuses for rising mains etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Basic Code No. 2122 Supply and fixing of 100 A , TPN , oneway , tap off box with TPN disconnector FSU and ISI marked HRC fuses for rising mains etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
