REPAIR TO BRICK WALL, JAFRI WALL AND CATTLE FENCING AROUND OMQs AT AF STN SINGARSI

Demolition of brick/stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but exceeding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 ( using 40mm graded agg.) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using any extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer on walls all as specified and directed

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick set in CM 1:4 (measured solid), including all mouldings etc all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in slabs chajjas beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) for plinth beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia and confirming to grade 410-O complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11.00 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacer and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down Shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm but n exc 2.0 Sqm each and refixing in same opening alongwith repairs of all connected joineries such as Handle, Holdfast etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters by brooming down or steel wire smoke, root, moulds, moss and efforescent salts, and trading oil and greasy spot by using suitable chemical & removing nails, making good holes with chalk whiting, filling cracks and brooming to remove all dirt etc and applying one coat of white wash on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.
