M&L for pressure testing of the refrigeration circuit of Air Cooled Chiller Plant (3 x 80 TR) capacity (Make - Voltas Limited) with nitrogen pressure, identification of leak and rectification of same by necessry brazing arrangement at site after completion of brazing work again testing the pressure using nitrogen pressure to ensure proper rectification leakages complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for vacuumising of the refrigeration system, charging of fresh refrigerant (R- 407C) in the compressor system (air cooled chiller model ACDS080DPMN2x2, capacity 241920Kcal/Hr Package with compressor 4 x 20 TR - 03 Nos) as per requirement with all necessary arrangement at site and recommissioning the system complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for replacement of 2 Nos condenser relieve valve and 12 Nos crank case heater complete all as specified and as directed
M&L for repairing of 4 Nos liquid hand shut-up valve, fixing of 5 Nos catch-all core all as complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for throughily servicing of 3X80 TR chilling unit and associated microprocessor control panel complete all as specified and directed
