REPAIR/MAINT OF 33/11 KV INSTALLATION AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK WITH CONNECTING WORKS IN CANTT AREA UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Excavation in trenches / foundation in soft / loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.5 m deep for HT / LT underground cable / pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1 with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size. laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling manually in soft/loose/ hard soil under road, pavement hard standing for protection of GI pipe up to 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from ground level.

Supply & laying in replacement of GI tubing of 80 mm bore dia, light grade conforming to IS 1239- Part-I and ISI marked in trenches, across the road, on wall or pole incl fixing arrangement as directed, culvert etc of required length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, switch air break and S &F with new 33 kV Isolator Double Stack, Horizontal Type, 400 Amp, each pole consist of galvanised steel base, H.T. insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact, arcing horns of adequate section to break the magnetizing current, including horizontal G.I. pipe adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of G.I. pipe of 32 mm for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position, jumpers with suitable conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for horizontally mounting, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dot matrix rectangle LED Screen in size 5 feet X 3 feet with display technology dot matrix, laungage supported english/hindi, Lighting type LED physical pixel-6mm,brightness-6500 nits, body material die cast, life span -100000 hours,refresh rate 2000hz for display of installation details with max 50 letters display on board complete all as specified and directed. Note-1. Electric Connection of display panel board shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 2. Fixing of panel board with proper arrangement shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

S&F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV bus bar outdoor type weather and vermin proof factory fabricated CPRI approved duly painted with two coat of enamelled paint, pedestal type made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick, factory made, using angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 500mm high, front opening double shutter weather proof , rust proof, dust proof with provision of rubber gasket and locking arrangement including HT bush, insulator & bus bar color code - 03 Nos and making connection with suitable size of thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers etc incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the cover of cable duct for removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs/soil from cable duct not exc 3' wide and 3' deep at 33 KV sub station and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M and placing the cover after completion complete all as specified and directed.

Removal coarse aggregate of any size from MES installation and segregate/removal of vegetation/ bushes/ small plants/ shrubs etc and after that spreading in the same location incl levelling and removing the vegetation/ bushes/ small plants/ shrubs to a distance exceeding 50 M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coarse aggregate not less than 40 mm graded nominal size without any vegetation or chemical incl levelling spreading all around complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 in ratio 1:2:4 (using 40 MM graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 in ratio 1:2:4 (using 20 MM graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of HT 33 KV sub station and S&F new ACSR conductor with silicon rubber of thickness 3 mm sleeve colour code of Red ,yellow and blue and achieve proper sag and rewinding to the insulators using proper connectors/clamp and making all existing cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Nominal Mix 1:2:4 type B2 (using 12.5 mm coarse aggregate) for Cover of cable duct of size 1.5 ft width 3 ft length and 50 mm thickness using 10 mm steel reinforcement bar with 125x 125 mm distance of reinfocement on double side and 40x40x5mm angle on top edge of cover complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rate of panting of cover shuold be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment mechanically with electric paint remover dry wall sander machine and preparation of of walls and applying two coat of exterior weather proof anti algae paint over a coat of primer. The paint will be applied through aireless spray techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine / Airless paint sprayer (Vands Engineering solutions) / Airless sprayer machine Surya 9 (Jaguar) / Control Pro 190 Air paint sprayer (Wagner) and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum materials hose length 150m working, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lightening arrestor non linear resistor type confirming to Fe 410 W (gde -E-250) quality "A" complete line discharge class 3 nominal discharge current 10 KA station class & high discharge with stand 100 KA assembly suitable for 33 KV working pressure and mounted on hot dip galvanised steel structure including all clamp nuts bolt and washers etc connecting to earth 32 x 6 MM GI strip including taking out the same complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS channel and angle shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F LED board of size 15'X3'X4'' (L x W x H) made out of 24 guage GI sheet and front with acrylic sheet total enclosed with computerised letter writings of size not less than 100 mm as decided by Engr-in-charge and inside with 4*20w LED tube light complete with time control switch , MCB and battery back up with timer and synchronised motor board should be fix on 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 5' height board from Bldg roof ( 3' from the bottom of the board ,3' depth of the board and 1' embedded in PCC above Bldg roof),fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded agg of size 450*450*600mm with complete wiring of 2 sqmm 3 core copper sheathed cable 10 meter long including service connection from the Bldg main DB by means of 25mm dia light grade pipe to the board. The cable inside the board shall run in PVC reinforced flexible conduit including PCC work for fixing of board on Bldg roof. The details to be written with computerised writing including taking down of old unsv board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing glow sign board (box type) of size 1500 mm x 1200 mm x 200 mm cladding PGI sheet 18 gauge fixed on aluminium angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3.00 mm on top/bottom both side and transfrant acrylic sheet 3.00 mm in front on which lay out of station HT electrical equipment and cables to be marked with different colours as directed complete with 4*20w LED tube light with wiring of 1.00 sqmm 3 core copper sheathed cable 10 meter long including service connection from the Bldg main DB by means of 25mm dia light grade pipe to the board complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for perodical servicing ,repairing & testing of 33 KV outdoor SF6 circuit breaker including relay and control panel of capacity 1600 Amps and rating 36 KV complete all as specified and directed as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of periodical servicing of breaker :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iv) Checking the contact for wear. Replace if the contact piece has worn out. (v) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (vi) Check for rust and wear. (vii) Checking of spring charge mechanism (viii) Visual check for rust and deformation. (ix) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (x) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (xi) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xii) Check close & trip coil. (xiii) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . M&L XLPE insulated, Heavy duty, Galvanised steel strip or wire Armoured, stranded copper conductor Electric LT cable, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 1.5 Sqmm 8 core complete with all connection and taking out old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laid in trench/ fixed with surface of wall / roof etc, jointing, thembling and glanding in suitable size, testing in replacement to HT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumunium conductor 33 KV, grade cross section area 300 Sqmm of 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation earth work cable cover, sand cushioning etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

M&L painting to steel prepared surfaces of any width or girth not otherwise described by using synthetic enamel paint in two coats (one as finishing coat) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on surface of steel structure /girder/ angle frame/ wire mesh fencing etc in any description at E/M installation using paint spray gun on specified working pressure including sign making / marking with using different colour in given size of letter etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- Paint colour & shade including writing marking of letters etc shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate and the same shall be approved by Engr-in-charge Make: Asian/ Berger/ Dulex or equivalent.

Supply & fixing self adhesive PVC insulation tape suitable for 11 KV, 25.1 MM x 9.1 Mtrs x 0.305 MM for HT Scotch-70 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing scotch Rubber mastic tape 2228, 2" (50 MM minimum) width and 10 feet in length suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Detection of any type of fault in HT underground Line (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of Cable fault locator machine. Cable fault locator with carring vehicle will be brought by the cable fault detection agencies. Span of faulty cable will be trace out by the agencies by meggering HT cable. Note : 1. Detection of fault in one span of length will be measured as one Job either machine placed from one side or both side of the cable. 2. Technicians will be employed by the working agencies. 3. Earth work and taking out will be measured and paid seperately. 4. Material for repair and replacement measured and paid saperately. 5. One job shall be measured if the fault has successfully identified by the fault locator machine or removing moisture in the cable if required.
