M&L for cleaning of surface with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakages and replacement of any defective fittings/fixtures of any types/material nahani trap etc, replastering kitchen sunk (local sunk) with water proofing additive providing all slope at nahani trap with finishing and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for drilling hole and fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for opening the joints in affective area and filling the cracks in entire depth on wall/floor/tiles with acrylic based crack filler /joint filler as per manufacturer instruction and as specified.

M&L for 20mm thick pre polished granite (Zed Black/Red) slab laid with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 bedding in door cill, Window Cill, plateform etc in floor and skirting/dado surface and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including Moulding/rounding and polishing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including skefolding and all safety measures)

M&L for rectification of leakage in 15/20mm bore GI pipe lines, joints and repair by refixing serviceable fittings in toilet/kitchen and replacement of unserviceable fittings with new fittings such as socket, elbow, Tee, union, reducer etc complete to make leak proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling with excavated soil obtained from excavation in layers n exc 25cm including spreading levelling watering and well ramming complete alla s specified and as directed.

Note:- (a) The amount of Rs 44,680/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 127 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) Item No 6 to 9, 20 to 21, 37 and 39 to 40 shall be executed through approved specialist agency after geting it approved from GE in writing. (c) The defect liability period for leakage/seepage and ATT treatment shall be 10 years from date of completion of work and contractor shall give the guarantee for 10 years on his letter pad. Further an amount equivalent to 2.5% of work done amount of all items connecting with seepage and ATT treatment including finishing work such as floor & wall tiles etc shall be with held by GE in final bill as Security deposit for the efficiancy of treatment. This security shall be relieased after successful completion of defect liability period of 10 Years.
