Supplying and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mmX50mm. The Inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55, and Buld Density 750Kg/cub.Mt. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10X10mm long MS screw throught the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos screww to be provided for each vertical members,Door shutter of 25mm thick Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single core Extruded Door Shutter, with one side digital printing of Specified Design which is approved by engineer-In-Charge. Both side of the shutter shall have rough sugar texture finish, aminated with UV oil. The solid WPC board shall have minimum shore hardness of 55 and Bulk density 550Kg/Cub.Mt moulding the thickness remains 25mm(+/-1mm) etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including cutting the members, welding, grinding, one coat of priming coat using best approved quality red oxide primer, dismantling of walls / concrete if necessary, fixing and finishing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing & Fixing Staircase hand rail for staircase made out of 50.80mm dia stainless steel tube of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 1000mm from finished floor level, welded to 38.10mm dia S.S.tube post of 1.60mm thick as vertical at 1m centre to centre with 3 nos of 25.40 mm dia horizontal S.S.tubes of 1.60mm thick in between as per details shown in the drawing and as directed. Finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs and beams putty of approved quality including cement slurry if any from the surface using the scrapping material such as iron brush, rough nice and cleaning the surface etc and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors ,including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.( The make ,quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renweing the damaged corroded M.S .Frame with new one of M.S. Frame square 63.50 x63.50m x 3.60mm square hollow box fabric maximum weight including dimension the many wall and fixing M.S. hollow box fixing inposition etc.complete

Supplying fabricating and prepainted GI sheets with the following specification. The materials should be PPGI tiles profile with the blue or red and gray colour at 0.56mm thick [24 gauge] having width of 1050mm. The sheet should be GI base prepainted hot dipped GI sheet and to be fixed with self tapping screws plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute powder machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc of AZ 120 GSM paint thickness. The finish should be terracotta finish (Optional matt finish). The sheet to be field with making suitable Trafford /corrugated, cutting the sheet to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats to the walls with Royal emulsion paint with putty including removing the existing old paint materials and cement slurry if any from the wall surface using the scrapping materials such as Iron brush, emery sheet, rough nice and cleaning the wall surface etc, after finishing the scrapping work to be apply with one coat of water base primer then applying with two or more coat of putty with necessary scrapping charges up to final smooth finishing etc, finally painted the wall surface with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved and colour and quality. Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint with putty of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cleaning the surface thoroughly with water and removing any loose plaster, flacks, fungus growth etc., by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and washing with adequate water to get an absolutely clean surface of take on further treatment with gal-tech multi proof modified Acrylic polymer with cement and fine sand mix ratio 1:2:4 to full grooves and surface cracks over that apply Gel-tech C.T.Epoxy virgin solvent free anti corrosive two packs resin and hardener 1:1 Ratio mix applied as a base coat Impregnated with 110 GSM glass cloth cover that Gal-tech C.T.Epoxy two coats made as a Rough joint less lining and allowed to dry for 48 hours including plastering the Epoxy etc., complete complying with standard Specification by the departmental officer

Brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 6 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 800 x 800 x 10mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with Snow White Marble Slab 18mm to 20mm thick and above free from all defects in all floors over a base layer of CM 1:3, 20mm thick. The marble slab shall be laid over the cement mortar by applying white cement slurry in between base mortar and marble slab and pointed with white cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc. so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The marble slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing "Gyp board false ceiling using 10mm thick Gypboard of approved quality design pattern and drops given by the deptl officers. Using "U" shaped galvanised iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20mc/c on both longtitudinal and cross fixing "U" shaped G.I channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thick, direction for vertical sup port and at 0.90m centre to centre on longtitudinal direction respectively for Horizontal support by using teak wood reepers at corners and at intermediately and fixing the "GYPBOARD" on the panel provided as per design/pattern given by the deptl officers.
