Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as ceiling fitting, bulk head fittings and tube light/ light fittings etc and making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan any size from site and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning dust, removing of cavaties and painting of Ceiling fan any size taking down under item No 3 with and including synthatic enamel paint by spraying complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCCBs/ MCB DBs complete including making surface good complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with and including stranded copper conductor single core 1.5Sqmm (Nominal area), PVC insulated FRLS cable in and including surface PVC casing-n-caping ISI marked medium grade with and including all connecting accessories as required at site complete, including PVC insulated copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly as below complete all as specified and directed Note : Sunken bords/ Switch/sockets and other related items to be measured and paid for separately (Modular):- (a) One light point controlled by one ; one way switch

Supply and fix in repairs new LED building security luminaries 20 watts pressure die cast aluminum housing with IP 66 and replaceable integrated electronic driver LED as light sources housing complete with and including all accessories internally prewired complete all as specified and directed. Taking down the existing un-serviceable ceiling fan of any sweep deposited to MES store and supply and fixing new ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep single phase 230 volts, 50 Hz 5 star rated with new copper connection wires complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat ES Neo of Havells or equivalent in make as specified in Appendix 'B' as approved.

Supply and fix in repair LED 25Watt post top lantern (gate light) energy saving, environment friendly designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- Havell's cat part No RUBYPT25WLED757PSYMTOPC or equivalent make as specified in Appendix 'B' as approved.

Supply , Laying, connecting, testing and Commissioning XLPE insulated, earthed, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electrical LT cable size 10 Sqmm 2 core (heavy duty) with and including stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Excavation, earthwork sand cushioning and cable protection will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre deep for foundation of poles, cables, pipes stays and struts etc, and getting out complete all as specified and directed for following type or soil:- (a) Soft / loose soil.

Material and labour for servicing the window type AC 1.5 TR/2.0 TR at site,cleaning evaporator,condensing coil by using carbon tetra chloride,combing the evaporator,condensor fins,greasing all the moveable parts of fan motor,testing the wiring of whole AC,checking all parts,cleaning the air filter and replacing the unserviceable spare parts,including cleaning the tray and refixing the AC back in position by providing proper packing for better effects,testing and commissioning of AC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only". (ii) Gas including charging shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for disconnecting the water cooler of cap 40 liter/80 liter/Hour from electric and water connection at site and servicing the water cooler by cleaning condensor by using carbon tetra chloride combing the evaporator condensor fins ,cleaning of water storage tanks greasing all the moveable parts of fan motor,testing the wiring and checking all parts and replacing the unserviceable spare parts including cleaning the tray and fixing back water cooler in position,testing and commissioning of water cooler complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only". (ii) Gas including charging shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for disconnecting the Refrigerator of capacity 165 liters/190 liters/215 Liters from electric connection at site and servicing the refrigerator by cleaning condensor by using carbon tetra chloride combing the evaporator condensor fins , cleaning internally, greasing all the moveable parts of fan motor,testing the wiring and checking all parts and replacing the unserviceable spare parts including testing of refrigerator complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only". (ii) Gas including charging shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for servicing the split type AC 1.5 TR/2.0 TR at site,cleaning of indoor/ out door units,evaporator,condensing coil by using carbon tetra chloride,combing the condensor fins,greasing all the moveable parts of fan motor,testing the wiring of whole AC,checking all parts,cleaning the air filter and replacing the unserviceable spare parts,including cleaning the tray and refixing the AC back in position by providing proper packing for better effects,testing and commissioning of AC complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts except drain pipe, FHP/blower motor required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as "Supply only". (ii) Supply and charging of gas shall be measured and paid for separately.

(b). Hermetically sealed compressor of single phase electrically operated on 230V, suitable for the 40 liters to 80 liters water cooler.(Make-Shriram,Tecumesh,Kirloskar,Voltas to suit the model of AC/Water cooler at site.)complete all as specified and directed.

(c). Auto cut thermostat for window type AC(Make: Shriram/Annapurna/Ranutrol) complete all as specified and directed.

(d). Auto cut thermostat for water cooler(Make: Shriram/Annapurna/Ranutrol) complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Box type relay suitable for window type AC (Make: Shriram/Annapurna/Ranutrol) complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Relay suitable for water cooler(Make: Shriram/Annapurna) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair blower motor ductable AC motor 0.5 HP capacity for indoor unit of split type AC to match with existing motor of any make after removing the old unserviceable motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging R-22 gas in returnable gas cylinder for window/split AC including sealing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging C-134 gas in returnable gas cylinder for Water coolers/Refrigerators including sealing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flushing out refrigerant pipes, vacuuming the hermitically sealed compressor, charging of refrigerant (Freon-12) in adequate quantity, connecting suction and discharge lines and conducting leakage test for refrigerator of 165 liter/190 liter/215 liters capacity complete all as specified and directed.
