Cement Concrete (Cast-In-Situ) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1 1/2:3 (1 cement : 1 1/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Providing and laying of steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required. In gratings, frames, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Form Work (Providing and fixing) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of form work for:

Form work in foundations.

Form work in walls of the culvert.

Form work in slabs.

Edges of the slab (under 20cm wide).

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid pavit tile of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in flooring on bed of 10mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Earth Work Earth Work including excavation, filling, diversion of river flow and removal and breaking of large size stones (breaking of the stones by means of chiseling, hammering and by using crakamite chemical but without blasting.
