Outsourcing of Manning and operation of central conditioning installation of capacity 3x150 TR along with connected AC plant pump sets -06 Nos 20 HP Capacity Cooling tower -03 Nos AHU-40 Nos of 1200 CFM capacity 04 Nos of 8500 cfm and 02 Nos 10000 CFM capacity. Hot water Generators -04 Nos of 45 KW Capacity control panels installed at B-1,B-2,B-3 B-1A, and B- 4 B building etc at TP Complex continuously 24x7 by deploying 02 (two) operator AC Plant and Dg set (Skilled) and 01 (one) helper (unskilled) per shift in three shift of 08 Hrs each per day including sunday and holiday complete all as directed consisting of the following:- Note- (i) The quoted rates shall be included for printing log book and PRRB for as under plants, attendance register in std format, log sheet etc with other required accessories. (ii) Provision of dress for deployed staffs/employees (iii) The cost of required hygienic /cleaning to installation with approx 10 meter surrounded with required and cleaning material such as cotton wast, broom, distil water, lead to be re-set battery terminals/post, etc with all others. (iv) Quated rate is deemed to be inclusive of all minor spare i.e. rubber gasket, rubber coupling, chiller motor and pump male and female CI coupling as per existing if required. (v) Deployed electricians shall be responsible to attend the all nature of eclectic complaints. (vi) The cost of trade men tool set with all std safety materials required to perform duties safely. (vii) Salary shall be paid by contractor to hired persons through Individual bank account with full fill all labour commission's direction and rules. (viii) Unit rate quoted against item shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess , levies as applicable and GST. (ix) Basic rate including Dearness allowance. (x) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state). (xi) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as amended from time to time.
