Note:- The Unit Rate quoted in r/o Ser item No 1.02 to 1.63 are deemed to include for the following and nothing extra will be paid for these works: 1. Supplying, erecting and use of scaffolding upto required height (max 25 to 30m) or upto 8th floor height with necessary H-frames, pipes, couplers, buckles, bracing, top platform with support railing at top etc. at all levels of building including carriage of the materials to the location, erecting, fixing the scaffolding and dismembering the same after working and taking away the scaffolding materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2. Supplying, erecting & use of temporary bamboo scaffolding around the building as required. The scaffolding is to be secured properly in position by bracings, ties clamps, etc. complete including providing and erecting working platform at all heights as required, including removal after completion of work all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per BOQ srl item No. 1.03 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from demolition (BOQ Ser No. 1.02) shall be re-used after cleaning etc

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ Ser item No. 1.05 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note:- stone obtained from demolition (BOQ Ser No. 1.02) shall be reused.

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type B1 (1:2:4) exc. 10 cm in width in and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone or brick/concrete surfaces cement plaster in CM (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specfified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern over including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of colour wash complete all as specified

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggretate) as in surface channel or drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping bed black etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC of type D2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbing all around of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles of any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed

M&L 60 mm Machine pressed precast pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strength not less than M-35 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) setin cement mortar (1:6) work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Formwork to flat chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, sun shed etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or welded, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, fencing angle incl cutting top to shape as direced, barred iron doors, ladders, farmed balastures, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0 or E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Bands, straps,supports or stays for rainwater, ventailing pipes, including bolts, if required hooks,heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and stables; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde -165. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works as in doors, gates in ornamental of angle or other sectons with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled, welded etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250 Quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing mild steel gate & wecket gate of any size including welding/cutting and fixing in RCC Column complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for drain in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil exc 250m but n.exc 500m deposiitng where directed at a level not exec 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 150 mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 300 mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm dia , class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized 2 stand Steel Barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stsnderd rails, straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossings with and provisuion of galvanised mild steel pins, etc incl taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed

Restriaining resecurig including making good staples or tighting of cross wire galvanised barbed wire in any dia of wire or any spacing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing angle iron from wall embadded in PCC and refixing in the same opening/position complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 950/650/450 mm dia concertina coil reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire) with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/ Clips for tying at crossing complete including taking down of existing concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing in same position after replacing of damaged of fencing post concertina coil any dia reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire) with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/Clips for tying at crossing complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel security chain link fencing 60mmx60mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia MS wire and 1.00mm thick PVC coating throughout fixed to RCC post including binding wire complete and incl taking down of existing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Serviceable old chain link fencing obtained from BOQ serial item no. 1.52 shall be used.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other ends dia of shank 5 to 10 mm and length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, in horizontal support for chain link straining of fencing including cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of open drains having inner girth width upto 0.60m and depth upto 1.2 mtr by removing mud, sludege silt, garbage, debries, sludge, vegitation etc and 1 mtr both side of drain also clear as vegitation and levelling the earth work and removing debrish by manually or machanically form out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting ,any gauge ,thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast Factory made RCC 1:1.1/2:3 (using 20mm Graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tanks, drainage, flooring, bedded, and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 with edges of slab covered with MS angle sections or flat iron or similar articles with plain faces and set in Cement Mortar 1:4, including form work & renfoced with 8mm dia TMT steel 100mmc/c both way, size and shape and pattern as approved by GE including dismantling of existing cover slabs complete all as specified and directed.
