SCHEDULE 'A'

Dismantling of plain, trapezoidal or corrugated steel sheets any gauge, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern in roof coverings/ ridge all as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 6mm thick Asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc. fixed with L-type or J-type hook bolts in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick AC two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J -type hook bolts in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting of thickness 0.63mm with two corrugation side lap fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain galvanized 0.80mm thick mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashings, length and girth as fixed with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted coloured trapezoidal profiled galvalume/Zincalume sheet thickness of 0.50 mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy mettalic coating with 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws (12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals), colour /exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (farmed), trusses purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing MS tubes medium grade as in truss, purlin, rafters, post etc fixed with and including angle cleat , MS plate etc including necessary welding, fittings etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation oards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using anodised GI Exposed ceiling suspension system perimeters channel 0.55mm thick having web of 27mm and flange of 30mm on one end 20mm on other and fixed to wall with the help of nylon sleeves and providing fixing Gypsum board 12mm thick in ciling fixed with screw and GI frame and finished surface and finishing surface attachment and finnaly board have tobe jointed and finished look with POP to have a flush look using jointed compound/tape painting etc all as specified as directed.

Demolition of PCC in roof covering, kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, cover fillets etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any type all as directed

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-O (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course of roof and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for surface painted with one coat bituminious primer @ 0.40 lit per Sqm conforming to IS 158, a layer APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm on primed surface by torced application application side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints and manufacturers instructions and provided upto a height of 60cm in parapets by cutting a groove and finished by membrane flashing painted with bitumen @ 1.2 kg per sqm before application of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid grade conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and as directed.(Pidiproof of Dr.fixit or equivalent)

M&L for one coat of silver paint @ 0.125 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on over/soffits of chajjas in cement mortar (1:3) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on over/soffits of chajjas in cement mortar (1:3) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper preparing surface of wall even and smooth over and appying with 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint (any tint) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of wall including preparation of old undecorated surfaces.

M&L for preparation of old pained wooden surfaes of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any tint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wall painted surface and apply two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer with 1mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any tint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old surface of walls including brooming down or scrapping down with steel wire brushes, smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (Lime) wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 32.00 here-in-before but applying one coat of white (Lime) wash on ceiling.

M&L for rewriting repainting existing writing letters or figures (block roma, roman, italic, Indian n exc 30 cm height) complete all as specified and directed.

Uprooting of vegetation growth from walls, roof chajja gutter cleaning the surface and making good holes with cement mortar (1:3) each hole not exceeding 0.10 Sqm complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

M&L for Fly ash brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fly ash brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius half brick thick built in In cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 1,52,350.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 23). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
