REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF SEWAGE PUMP, AERATOR MOTOR, CLEANING OF LIFT WELL, AERATION/MATURATION TANK AND SEWAGE LINE INCLUDING REPAIR OF VARIOUS MAIN CONTROLLING VALVE AND VALVE PIT CHAMBERS IN OMQ, SMQ AND OTM AREA AT AF STN GWALIOR

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation, trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and n.exc 1.5m width or 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of thickness not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Cleaning of chocked /blocked sewage lines of any bore, of any description and in any position upto 1.5m depth by taking out loose sediment sand, grit, ash, sludge, rags, fibbers or vegetation from the following depth of sewage line or by rodding/by mechanical means and well flushing with adequate water including removal of sludge/debris to a distance exc 250 m but n.exc 500m and buried under ground complete all as as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron sluice valve 150mm bore, PN - 1.0 with brass spindle and cast iron wheel with cap and all jointing materials such as rubber gasket, nut, bolts & washer, etc including taking down old/unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sludge etc after emptying/dewatering Aeration tank No 01 Size 30X60 Mtr and Depth 10 Mtr, manually/mechanically or other method including removing all loose and sedimented sand, sludge, grit, ash, rages, fibbers and string materials etc from the tank and dispossed of to a distance not less than 1.5Km complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Contractor shall depute only skilled labour which are the expertise in the field of cleaning of septic tank/ main sewage sump. (ii) Contractor shall ensure all safety measure before cleaning of sewage network. (iii) Dewatering/emptying waste water if required shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Necessary T&P shall be arrange by the contractor. (v) The period of cleaning of one tank shall be maximum 15 days from the date of handover to site other wise compensation of Rs 200/- per day shall be imposed on contractor up to next 15 days and there after 500/- per day.

Taking out sludge etc after emptying/dewatering Aeration tank No 02 Size 30X60 Mtr and Depth 10 Mtr, manually/mechanically or other method including removing all loose and sedimented sand, sludge, grit, ash, rages, fibbers and string materials etc from the tank and dispossed of to a distance not less than 1.5Km complete all as specified and as directed. (I) Contractor shall depute only skilled labour which are the expertise in the field of cleaning of septic tank/ main sewage sump. (ii) Contractor shall ensure all safety measure before cleaning of sewage network. (iii) Dewatering/emptying waste water if required shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Necessary T&P shall be arrange by the contractor. (v) The period of cleaning of one tank maximum 15 days from the date of handover to site other wise compensation of Rs 200/- per day imposed on contractor up to next 15 days and there after 500/- per day.

Note:- ( For item Sl No-12 to 14) (I) Contractor shall depute only skilled labour which are the expertise in the field of cleaning of septic tank/ main sewage sump. (ii) Contractor shall ensure all safety measure before cleaning of sewage network. (iii) Dewatering/emptying waste water if required shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Necessary T&P shall be arrange by the contractor. (ii) Contractor shall ensure all safety measure before cleaning of sewage network. (iii) Dewatering/emptying waste water if required shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Necessary T&P shall be arrange by the contractor. (I) Contractor shall depute only skilled labour which are the expertise in the field of cleaning of septic tank/ main sewage sump. (ii) Contractor shall ensure all safety measure before cleaning of sewage network. (iii) Dewatering/emptying waste water if required shall be measured and paid separately. Taking out sludge etc after emptying/dewatering sump sewage/Well Size 5Mtr Dia and Depth 10 Mtr,01No, at SNCOs, complex near E/M yard , Sewage well, by manually/mechanically or other method including removing all loose and sedimented sand, sludge, grit, ash, rages, fibbers and string materials etc from the tank and dispossed of to a distance not less than 1.5Km complete all as specified and as direct (I) Contractor shall depute only skilled labour which are the expertise in the field of cleaning of septic tank/ main sewage sump. (ii) Contractor shall ensure all safety measure before cleaning of sewage network. (iii) Dewatering/emptying waste water if required shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Necessary T&P shall be arrange by the contractor. (v) The period of cleaning of one tank maximum 15 days from the date of hand/over to site other wise compensation of Rs 200/- per day imposed on contractor up to next 15 days and there after 500/- per day.

M&L for Dewatering of Aeration and maturation tank and intermediate/well,Valvepit chamber by means of pumping with the pump capacity not less than 350 LPM with and including required fuel, lubricant and operator all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary T& P and man power shall be provided by the contractor without any Extra cost.

S & F fluorescent board size 1.5'x1' made out of 24 gauge GI sheet and front with acrylic sheet total enclosed with computerised letter writings of size not less than 100mm as decided by Engineer-in-Charge and inside with 2' long 01 Nos of 10 Watt LED tube light fitting complete with time control switch, MCB and battery back up with timer and synchronised motor board including wiring should be fix on 40mm bore medium grade pipe. The height of board from ground level is 7' (up to top) and the bottom of the board is 4'. The pole embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate of size 450x450x600mm with complete service connection of 2.50 Sqmm 3 core copper sheathed cable 10 metre long including protection pipe service connection of 2.5 Sqmm 3 core copper sheathed cable 10 metre long including protection pipe service connection from the pole by means of 25mm Dia light grade pipe to the board including excavation, returning filling and removing out surplus soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of any wattage or size street light fittings for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED street/security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high presser die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of water from sluice valve pit chamber by pump set/manually opening the sluice valve gland plate chamber filling the gland packing rope of size 6mm to 12m Dia as required and fixing the gland plate chamber in same position complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge Note : Necessary T&P used at site shall be arranged by the contractor with out any extra cost.

Supply & fixing in repairs galvanized iron column pipe of 80 mm Dia medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded both sides for sockets /flanges including provision of all necessary fittings/ accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable old motor of sewage pump and M&L for rewinding of induction motor 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz of capacity 20/30 HP with insulated copper winding wire of proper gauge and turn as per the existing to achieve required RPM including all types of tapes, PVC fibre sleeve, varnish etc as required and heating, varnishing complete and replacement of all unserviceable parts all as required and necessary machinery work such as rotor shaft repealing, groove cutting etc and painting by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including lifting of motor from Pump House, transportation to workshop & back, lowering, refixing to its original position and testing/commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note-The Testing of motor RPM/LPM Discharge shall be done by contractor at any extra cost

Lab Testing of sewage water to check the BOD;COD TSS,Total phosphorus, Total Nitrogen,Ammonical Nitrogen,FC&N Value of Treated water,& Chemical Oxygen Demand and Bacterial Oxygen Demand from NABL authorized laboratory and submitting the report etc complete all as specified & directed Note :- Rate for collection of water sample from Sewage treatment plant in their own container and carrying it to the Lab is included in the above item.

Lowering down of the non clogging/Aerator submersible pumping set, after repair of any description and any capacity & in any position, in Open well along with column pipe 80/50mm Dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 10 mtr depth of pump set from GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering. NOTE: 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lowering pump set in Open well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipment's required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Rates quoted by the contractor for the above item includes the cost of assembling & connecting pump set to column pipes & assembling, jointing and fixing column pipes/pump sets/submersible cable and making necessary connections and including reconnecting water supply system. The required materials like column pipes/ /submersible cable/pump sets etc (new/old retrieved materials) shall be provided by the department to contractor for fixing and lowering in open wells

Cutting and taking out existing burnt out / unserviceable Non Clogging pump motor copper winding from the stator unit of submersible motor, Cleaning of slots and complete stator unit with using carbon tetra chloride (CTC solution) and material and labour for rewinding the motor with using super enamelled copper wire (Make: Atlas / Finolex / Devi Dayal) of existing size / gauge including providing bi-metallic thermal overload protection and all necessary insulating Materials such as varnish, insulating paper, sleeving etc for 10 /12 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts clogging submersible motor etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: The old unserviceable parts of motor shall be measured & paid seprately as supply only.
